Top notch !! You want a team that goes way above and beyond its Larry and Barb. They handled our first time purchase, that was a short sale no less with professionalism and class. Always one step of the questions I was going to ask and on the mark every time. In the event we were to list our home they will be our go to team. Anytime I needed help around the house be it carpet, painting, or plumbing, Barb and Larry «knew a guy» and we were never disappointed. We not only bought a home, but gained a life time friend too !! You need a Realtor, I know a guy and gal, Call Larry and Barb !!

Barb and Larry have the personal care for your realtor needs that you wish for!!! I got in contact with them through a friend and I believe that they went beyond what is needed in every category to help me sell my house. They provided great recommendations for repairs needed, a wonderful and successful staging strategy with placing furniture in the house, and a well thought through marketing strategy. They even followed through when it came down to show persistence in some recording issues that weren’t necessarily needed for the sale. However, they want to do it right! I can only recommend them 100%. If you need a smart, honest, well-​diversed realtor for your selling/​buying needs go with Larry and Barb!

And you might think the relationship ends with the signing of all that paperwork… nope. Who did I call when our hot water heater went out? How about our leaky roof? Know any good carpet cleaners?
