I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my medical records. I called 8 days ago, they said they were sent out on Tuesday so I gave it another week. Called again today to say I never received them. They were not sent out Tuesday the 27th but Tuesday the 20th. Really? It doesn’t take 9 days to get mail from San Diego to Reno. They should have offered to resend them then. My medical office sent Bactes the request on 1÷14÷15. It is now the 3rd and I am still waiting to see if I ever will get them.
