Jericho’s the first pool guy that was able to get some of our problems areas clean after several before him failed.
He is a true professional. Always arrives on schedule, does a very thorough job, and keeps me informed of any changes happening and how to avoid major fixes.
I would HIGHLY recommend Jericho to anyone looking for someone to really take care of their pool.

I have used countless pool services over a 10 year period and none has come close to the quality service that Jericho provides with Backyard Pool & Spa. We have had a long history of issues with our pool and no one has been able to truly resolve. Even replacing every possible piece of equipment did not yield positive results. Jericho accepted the challenge to determine a true root cause of our issue and over a multi-​day period was able to resolve. He was determined and could have easily given up as many others have prior. Other positive traits about Jericho include his reasonable rates, professionalism and he shows up when he says he will (an attribute lacking in many pool services). Finally, Jericho is very likable and you will know quickly you are dealing with a quality person! I can’t thank him enough…
