my husband and I have been looking for a seating area for our courtyard and saw that they specialize in this so we went. We were amazed at how little was actually in the small showroom considering the website showed so much. We were greeted by someone I am sorry I forgot his name and mentioned that I thought $ 1200 for one chair was a little excessive. So in an extremely condescending tone he said«well our customers would like their furniture to last for 10 years or more and you would probably feel more comfortable at home depot, lowes or target.» How rude because you know when I look for furniture I want it to last a week and buy another one. Granted we could have afforded a set for $ 3000 but felt it was just too much but maybe if we found one we really liked we would have gotten one there. But he was so incredibly patronizing we had to just leave. I could not believe how rude some sales people can be to their prospective customers. Oh and don’t bother going there just go to the website… oh but wait there are no prices on there either, because its not the«true» price as he put it. Never going back and telling everyone to don’t bother. By the way I bought my last set 10 years ago from home depot and wasn’t looking to replace it goes it broke down wanted an additional one. We bought a beautiful outdoor couch at home depot and bought 2 more chairs at Lowes, very nice and knowledgeable staff with no attitude. Don’t go you’ll just be disappointed and frankly pissed!
