Just went into Cosmo prof formerly Armstrong McCall at there new location just to check it out, and I was also looking to buy a few items, since I was there. I love that the store appear to be bigger and brighter more room to move around and everything was perfectly placed. For that I would have given it at lease a 4 star, however Customer Service would get a big 0, I was in there for a while and the young lady at the front never opened mouth to say hi, welcome, can I help you with anything, nor did she say bye, have a nice day, thanks for coming by or anything. She spoke NOT1WORD to me and it was just me and her on the floor for a while and only standing a few feet from each other for a while. I am BIG on customer service and to not even say hi, is a big let down, and for that reason and that reason only I didn’t buy anything. A Huge disappointment. P. S. I know she knows how to talk, because she was chatting it up with the girl in the office. You have to do better and maybe some couching needs to happen on how to give good customer service. It’s does not hurt to say Hi and Thank you

THEY’RENEVEROPEN. First of all their hours aren’t even listed on Unilocal or even on their door so you don’t even know when to come. I showed up on a Saturday at noon to find they were closed! I figured I’d try my luck again and come back(today) Monday at 930am and guess what– THEY’RECLOSED! This is so frustrating for not only myself, but my clients that depend on me to have product for them. It makes no sense to be open 3 hours a day when most stylists work 12 hour days!!!

I arrive at the store today to find a sign up stating they are«closed until 2:30 due to technical difficulties» What does that mean when I can see an associate behind the counter on her personal phone? I recently moved closer to this location and thought I would try it out but I guess I’m never coming back here again!

Too many rules and too many problems, just about every time i have gone to this location something has came up. From the beginning: this is a FRANCHISE store, which means they will inconveniently not accept your Pro Card you must bring your license in to register in their computer and will give you an ear full if you don’t…whatever. Second, they have a terrible refund policy so please hope you don’t walk out with the wrong appliances, with that being said i walked out of here buying a trimmer that had been opened and had HAIRALLOVERIT, they almost didn’t refund me until they realized they were in the wrong. And finally, the staff attitude here is shitty, i’m sorry if you hate your job but don’t take it out on the customers you NEEDUS to be in business. But seriously, if Stateboard came in here they would have a field day! Who in their right mind owns a professional beauty wholesale with ridiculously high standards but employees are using and selling things they’ve already used?! Unbelievable, and as inconveniently as it can be considering i live in the area, i will be choosing to go out of my way to another store to avoid anymore problems. I’m giving them 2 stars only for the good location.

Drew is the best! I love stopping in and seeing him while grabbing my color and various other goodies! Since this is their warehouse, the selection is always the best at this location. Never disappointed. :)

I called to sign up for a class I read about in their monthly ad. The girl I spoke with took care of everything on the phone but failed to tell me about the fact that the class was non-refundable. I called before the class took place to inform the store I had been admitted to the hospital and was not able make it. No one returned my call, so after calling again, despite their employees failure to convey the refund policy, refused to refund the class. I’ve worked in this business a while and know that exceptions can be made, and considering the lack of information and the situation I am in, I’m pretty disappointed in the outcome.
