Arizona Tile recommends both good & bad granite installers. If they recommend a bad one, they will side with the contractor so they don’t look bad. Thousands of people are screwed every year by bad contractors. Be careful of the recommended incompetent/dishonest ones they recommend who do not take responsibility for their bad workmanship. Someone is probably getting paid under the table.

Found my perfect granite slab here. I went in on a busy Saturday and browsed the slabs on my own, taking my time. When I decided upon a slab, I went to the desk area and received immediate attention. They were friendly and very helpful in checking on their stock to see what they had available and moved all the slabs to allow me to view them. They have a great selection and were recommended by my granite fabricator, Amazonia.

The WORST Service EVER! While looking for tile for a bathroom remodel we stopped into several tile stores and this one was the worst. The people were not helpful and borderline rude. If you don’t like your job do something else especially when your job includes helping customers who come to you because they need your help! We chose our tile and I thought I would give Arizona Tile a shot at quoting what we want to order. I called 5 – 6 times and got the message then pressed«0» and was hung up on. WOW! That is no way to do business… If you are short staff or busy simply pick up the phone, let me know, get my phone number and tell me you will call me back. CONCLUSION: I can NOT recommend Arizona Tile on Morena Blvd to anyone as their owner/management has some systemic issues with their employee’s that really need their immediate attention.

Be cautious of their Quartzite! While they have great tile, and granite… I specifically asked if I should be concerned about their Quartzite would stain or etch from acidic products in my kitchen(wine, lemon juice, vinegar, etc) They quickly responded with a, «No. Our products are PURE Quartzite and will never stain, etc.» Grab a sample, take it home, put some wine, vinegar, and lemon juice on it in different sections and give it a few hours. I tried it on two different samples and got the same outcome.

What a wonderful place! The slabs are just stunning and the staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Monika deserves a special mention as she is the very best! She managed to make selecting slabs an absolute pleasure for us and our very young kids: what a star! Thank you so much.

Rude and unhelpful. I went to the Morena Blvd location and a salesclerk with salt & pepper spiked hair asked if she could help me. I told her what i was looking for and she said they didn’t have anything at all like what i wanted but I should take a look around. I immediately found two possibilities that were exactly what I described and asked her about them but she was again dismissive and rude. Why ask a customer what they want if you’re not willing to help them after they tell you? I’ve purchased from this location multiple times in the past for previous homes, but I won’t be coming back here. I’ll head to the many tile showrooms on Miramar Rd instead. I’m sure they’ll be happy to get my business.

I’ve had pleasant experiences in the past with Arizona Tile but my latest one was less than satisfactory. I ordered some tile for a shower and had an installer waiting to complete the work so needed the tile ASAP. When I ordered it at the Carroll St warehouse, I asked if it could be picked up soon. I was told that it would be available in 3 days so I told my installer to pick it up with the order number. When he showed up, he was told that the tile was on back order and would arrive in about 6 weeks. He called me(I was on vacation in Wyoming) so I called the warehouse who reiterated the fact that it would be 6 weeks. There was no satisfactory explanation except that the tile was not available. So, when I returned from vacation 3 weeks later, I went to the Morena Blvd location to order new tile that was available sooner. However, I was directed to the order counter to check on my previous order. When the number was checked, I was told that the tile would be delivered on Monday after 1pm at that location. On Monday, I called the Morena location and was told that my order wpould be available for pickup there. The next day, when I called just to insure that it was there before driving there, I was informed that it was actually at the Carroll location. What??? I finally got the tile but what an unusual journey that just did not have to happen that way. Poor communication on their part all the way around.

Jeff Greenwell was incredibly helpful. He was welcoming, patient and inquiring. Most of all, eager to walk me through my options and educate me on their product and practices. By far, the best experience I’ve had at a showroom.

This is my second time to the showroom in Dallas and I’ve had excellent help as far as locating the needed material for my floor. The personell have been of great help throught the entire proscess of picking the travertine and slate. I can tell you that we’re lucky to have such a trained and ready staff as they’re at Arizona Tile by the airport. If you’re ever in that shworoom request to see Alessandra. She knows the showroom like the back of her hand. Congrats to the management and the entire team at Arizona for being so knowlegeable and professional at what they do. This is a rare thing to find these days. Chuck

My husband Adam has been a custom tile installer for over 10 years and swears by Arizona Tile. They have a wide selection and fair prices. They have always bent over backwards to make things right on the rare occasion things went wrong.

Sean walked me around the slab display room. He was friendly and helpful. He showed me from expensive rare blue colored granite slabs that belonged to fancy homes to plainer ones that looked like it could’ve been engineered. I picked something in between. I spent maybe an hour there looking at the different slabs and trying to figure out what went best with what I already had. He was patient and helped in selecting the best match. They have water/tea/coffee for customers. I didn’t check out their bathrooms so can’t review on that.
