Arenson Office Furniture

We came to Arenson’s in need of a new desk for our office, but did not have much of an idea of what we wanted. Ronda, the sales rep who helped us, was very easy to work with. She showed us many different options, and quickly found the perfect desk for our needs. and it was a great price! She found ways to save us money while still keeping the elegant look of our new desk.
The desk was delivered about 3 weeks after purchase by Dante. Dante was very professional and courteous in the delivery and setup process, and had everything complete in a matter of minutes. He made sure everything was in the proper location and setup was done to our satisfaction. He made minor adjustments for us with no hesitation, and left the area in very clean order.
All in all, we are very pleased with every aspect of our purchase from Arneson’s, and will not go anywhere else for future office furniture needs.
**Will update on the quality of the desk after a few weeks putting it to use. So far though, it appears to be great quality, sturdy and secure.

Ronda is truly above and beyond! Getting what my boss wants and deserves, she accepts plus understands. Ronda is outstanding to work with. I am a visual person and she gave me 2D and 3D options for my boss’s office. She is a lifesaver! Ronda did not waste my time. She stepped up and got this done for us. Helpfull, good service, good price for office conference table chairs.

Arenson custom built our reception desk and conference room table with a matching storage cabinet, which all turned out beautifully. So when the time came to order custom cubicles for our growing office, we immediately returned to them. Ronda was very helpful in suggesting the layout of where each cubicle should be placed to best maximize the space. She even came in to help us pick the colors, configure the sizes, and explain the add-​ons suited to our needs. We are now awaiting the arrival of the cubicles, and are very excited to see the final products.

If you’re buying office furniture at an online paper and pencil supply store, drop the mouse. It’s junk. You know it’s junk. It’s ALWAYS junk. WHY do you do this to yourself? Is this REALLY the environment you want to work in? Is this REALLY the image you want to portray to your clients? REALLY?
Well, let me tell you a story…
I needed a conference table two years ago. I looked around at all of the online stores because I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a custom table. Pretty much had one picked out but thought I’d check Arenson since they were close by. I am glad I did! The conference table that Perry and Ronda helped me pick out is WAY better than the one I was going to order. It was about the same price too. I get comments on it all the time. Everybody loves it. It looks like it cost at least 3 times more than it did. Picking an interesting finish and adding just a few touches made a HUGE difference. We decided to repaint the conference room because it was so special.
Then I went back and added a credenza. I went through all of the different sizes and configurations with them. They helped along the whole way. They even have a computer design program for laying out pieces in a room. You should see the conference room now!
So a few weeks ago I started looking online for a reception station. What was I thinking? Again… I went over to Arenson and talked to Ronda. Wow. you should see the reception station I’m ordering. I just had to write a review after even more great help from Ronda and Arenson Office Furniture.

Ronda is a dream to work with! She is very responsive willing to offer options to meet your needs. We orders 4 desks when we moved our office in Aug and just ordered another 2 for our growing team. She remembered me when I called after 7 months later! They have a great showroom and great products.

I worked with Rhonda Hale in updating our office furniture. She came out and measured our office and determined which line of furniture would work best for the space we had. She had the experience necessary and was very helpful. I highly recommend Rhonda and Arenson’s Furniture.

Working at my computer is a whole new and improved experience thanks to Arenson Office Furniture! Ronda offered her ergonomic advice generously, helping me to see not only did I have a bad chair, I was sitting in a way that was causing tension. We bought the Alera Elusion chair and it’s the most comfortable office chair I’ve ever used! It’s like I’m floating. Ronda’s guidance about how to sit in the chair and also to have the keyboard below the computer has made a world of difference. I work with ease and comfort now! She never tried to sell us anything, just offered her caring guidance. It works out Arenson had the lowest price on the Elusion and it came with a free ergonomic lesson, thanks to Ronda. We will definitely be back to Arenson for any other office needs.

My husband and I went today to buy some office furniture. Ronda was so helpful with 3-​d drawings, placement, and helping us decide exactly what we needed! She was great! And we can’t wait to get the furniture! A real find!

I recently had to get a new office chair for my home. I do have a «bad back» with previous operations. Ronda Hale was my sales person. The first thing she had me do was sit in a chair and look at my posture and position in the chair. From that she recommended a specific chair that would give me the most comfort and within the range I wanted to spend. We added attachments that made sense for my style of sitting in the chair and ruled out others that were inappropriate for me.
When the chair arrived, she went over the various handles and showed me how to use them and set them best for me.
I’ve had the chair at home for a few weeks and it still is just great. I’m learning how to fine tune the various handles. I have never had this custom analysis of a chair purchase.

We recently furnished our entire office from Arenson. We couldn’t be more happy with the way it turned out. It looks fantastic and Ronda was helpful throughout the entire process. We would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve been out looking at desk chairs, and was lucky enough to find myself at Arenson’s Office Furniture. I found them to be nice people willing to take the time I needed to get just the right chair at just the right price. And when they didn’t have the right item in the showroom, Perry immediately offered to order several more to my specifications to make sure I was happy.

Here’s another totally positive review for Arenson Office Furniture… this is our experience:
For our remodeled home office, my wife and I bought an «L» shaped desk, Credenza desk, and a book case from Arenson. All were matching units with a dark mahogany finish.
The delivery came on schedule with an Arenson truck, with Arenson employees. When the men off loaded the desk, THEY found some scratches that THEY brought to OUR intention… usually this is the other way around! We all decided that this had to go back but while the desk was out in the open under the sun, we also saw that the dark mahogany finish had MUCH more red in it than we remembered.
We called Susie at the showroom, explained our situation… she calmly suggested we come on down to the store and «re-​group» the following day.
After looking closely at the showroom piece, we saw that it DID in fact have a lot of red in it… we had just missed that, it was OUR mistake.
Here is how Areson get’s their 5 STAR rating… Susie showed us another option that was MUCH better suited to our needs… took back the original furniture at a VERY reasonable re-​stocking fee and got us set up with the new furniture in a seamless, painless transaction.
Now THAT’S customer service!
From a review standpoint, I think this experience is even more powerful than if everything had happened to go perfectly from square one. The Arenson team has integrity and the desire to make things right!
They get an unequivocal 5 STAR Rating from us!

Sure wish I could add another star to this store. Imagine a store that can get you exactly what you want, when you want it, at a terrific price with excellent service. No, you aren’t dreaming! Perry Arenson runs this store with the best of the best. I went to several other stores before but won’t waste my time doing that ever again. I am forever coming back to Arensons.
I wanted an odd shaped quality table to fit in a small conference room. Looked online and knew it was going to take a long time to deliver and lots of money. Perry knew exactly what I was describing and had it ready in just a few minutes.
They assisted with all the new furniture for our office remodel. Perry was relaxed, no pressure or hype, just genuinely nice. Loved hearing the story of his dad.
A few days later a thank you note from him. I am forever his customer.
