SCAM is right! These products used to be sold by a different company, and I had used that company many times and was satisfied with their products. Since changing hands this company has not been viable. i have attempted to purchase items twice in the past two years, and I receive a confirmation email, but no product. At least I haven’t been charged for them! I tried calling initially and the voicemail listed multiple different companies, and they never returned my call. This time the call wouldn’t even go through. –don’t bother!

This place is a total ripoff and advise people to think twice before ordering any thing from them. I placed an order on 2 Jan 2015 and after a couple weeks of not hearing from them, I tried contacting by phone, email and their online representative. Computers were being updated and should be operational within the week I was told. Emailed in another week and no response and finally got the online representative who told me another two weeks and at that point I asked for a full credit refund(they had no problem charging my Mastercard on the 4th of January). Finally the operation manager Laurnie, sent an email(15th Feb) said she would issue a full refund and send out the merchandise I ordered as a good will gesture. Then another week goes by, another email and still no response or credit. Had to turn the case over to Mastercard who is trying to resolve the issues. This company has the worst Customer Service of any online company I have had to deal with and I hope others would beware. Just wish I knew who the CEO is of this company to voice my concerns.
