American Haul Away

These guys are so AWESOME that they aren’t even done yet and I’m leaving a Unilocal review. First of all I was locked out of the building and they had to wait 30 minutes to even get started. Carlos & Raul showed up after working a full work day. They started working like they were fresh and moving with lots of pep in their step. Going to Home Depot for labor would never get you this kind of speed and quality service. Not to mention they showed up in a very large truck with necessary tools. They spoke well and presented themselves very professionally. They are very fair on pricing too. I will recommend them to my friends for sure and I will definitely use them again I’m sure. Thank you very much guys!

I made an appointment on Monday ⁴⁄₁₄ for pick up on ⁰⁴⁄₁₆. I was given a two hour time frame. The day scheduled for pick up I missed a call from the guy I had spoken to Monday. I called him back within two minutes of missing the call. He didn’t answer or the plenty of other times I attempted to call back. Well the pick up time came and went. Two and half hours of waiting with no answer. I decided to call the office and the lady who answered said the driver called me and said I wasn’t available. I explained that I was scheduled for pick up and had been waiting. She was very rude and told me she was on her break. I would think if the driver can’t get a hold of someone that the office would call. I mean I missed the call but that didn’t mean I don’t need service. I would have the courtesy to call and cancel or reschedule. Clearly these people who run this company don’t have any. I was disappointed and wasted two hours. But luckily another ad in the penny saver worked out and was reliable and charged less. I’ll never call this company worst service ever!
