DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You can thank me later. There is so much wrong with this complex I do not know where to start. Lets just say they rent to whoever they can so they can fill their units as fast as possible. They have a huge cock roach problem. The water is shut of every few days and its a good day if the laundry machine works. The pool is never cleaned and is actually being investigated by the housing authority because it can be opened by reaching around and turning the knob. God forbid a young child figures that out. There is broken rust all around the pool in the 3399 building. They stated they have been raising the rent because they are doing upgrades that never happen and the cops as well as ambulance are there weekly.
As far as maintenance when I did live there it took over a year to get my dishwasher fixed not to mention the long list that never was repaired. The management is young and clueless and changes monthly.
Save yourself the early break lease fee and don’t even consider moving in.

Ok so. Yes… I agree. There is a roach, water, dryer issue within a couple buildings on this property. I am not enthused about it at all. But thats not what I am writing about. I have lived in these complexes on and off my whole life and I have never much cared for any of the managers until now. The thing that sucks is
… they are swapping him out for the manager down the street. Which was once a manager for this complex. Finally a manager who shows concern for his tenants and they trade him for the manager on the other property?! Frustrating.

When I was first looking to move, I was really excited to find this place. The rent was reasonable and the area was what I was looking for. After a month of living there however, I began noticing cockroaches in the kitchen and all throughout the complex themselves. I was particularly angry about this because they never told me about cockroach infestations when I was looking at this place or when I signed the lease. They do send someone to take care of the roaches within the unit fairly quickly so I felt better about that, however, cockroaches are found everywhere on the complex at night and I’m terrified of them. This makes it difficult for me to do laundry at night because they’re found in the laundry room as well.
Cockroaches aside, my next biggest gripe and the reason I will not be resigning my lease is that I’ve been here for a total of 8 months already and EVERY month, several times a month, they are turning off the water for maintenance. This is a huge inconvenience and it just gets so annoying. Your residents should not have to deal with this every single month. It is not fair. Stop being cheap and get your plumbing issues fixed by a legitimate company.

Well it’s been months and still the dryers at the 3399 still keep breaking down. Last night I tried three different dryers and each on took my money and never started. All four dryers were broken down for two weeks at least only a weeks or so ago. We went to talk to the manager but like always no one is in the office or picking up the phone. Is it really so hard to just take care of the property??? They can paint everything but good knows making sure the amenities work is too much to ask for.
And the cockroach issue still has not been dealt with even after 6! Complaints in the last year!

I love the location, I been there for two years and before there were so many different issues, I only have one spot and have a two year old, I had trouble with neighbors and their friends using my spot. We are now able to tow and that makes it a lot more helpful if it happens again. The manager now is the most helpful person and understands your situations, this is the only manager that help with rent cost or any other situations. The buildings are old but they are reasonable
