I’ve been coming to see Aquilino for years now (like 15), and for a multitude of reasons. If I have soreness, a pinched nerve, tension, or if I am beginning to get sick, I get immediate relief and am in better shape 30 minutes later. Literally. Recently, I have been going to treat a slipped disc, and it is also helping with pain relief.
Hate needles? #1 — they don’t hurt, and #2 — you don’t need to get them! Acupuncture is so much more than needles, I encourage everyone to give it a try – and why not with the best?

I’ve been treating with co-​owner Jordan Allen since 2011 when I suffered my first orthopedic injury from jiu jitsu. We became quick friends and he’s helped me with multiple injuries and with general maintenance since. He’s very thorough and knowledgable. He conducts orthopedic testing, traction, and provides stretching exercises as homework. It’s like an upgraded version of physical therapy. I recommend him and the clinic to anyone.

Shannon is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had the good fortune of meeting! I drive over 1.5 hours round trip every other week to Acusport (and would come *every* week if I could!) because she is the only person in 10+ years of searching for relief from chronic tension in my neck/​shoulders/​back that has been able to help me get the aches and pains under control and maintain the inevitable stress.
Acusport is a welcoming, peaceful environment that just gives off good vibes all around when you walk in the door and always feels like you’re going to a friend’s house. I’ve also had great experiences with acupuncture from Jordan that have given me incredible relief from migraines, which I’ve suffered with since childhood.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you are looking for alternative therapies and treatments that don’t involve pills and prescriptions, you should definitely check this place out! This place is magic. I have lower back pain from sport injuries and after every session I walk away relaxed and feeling no pain. The sessions combined with the exercises is the best way to get rid of your pain.

Jordon is my savior! Seriously. My back is unaligned, I have major back issues, spinal cord injury and stress in my muscles. You name it, he can heal it. Awesome place, humble practice and Jordan is def the go to guy! Thanks!

Aquilino is the best of the best, I had try different acupuncture, and he just takes it over the top. my pain is gone for months, so when I feel any type of pain I call Aquilino, not only that he takes care of the pain, he listens, he cares, he is adorable, Acu Sport is the best acupuncture and massage center in all San Diego. and the prices are excellent. please try Aquilino you won’t regret it. I was a little apprehensive about acupuncture originally. After a few sessions with Jordan from Acusport, I honestly can say it has helped my knee recover quickly from medium level aches/​pains. Jordan is very knowledgeable and does a very good job explaining what/​why he does things. Highly recommend going to see him.

I am new to acupuncture treatment and was recommended to see Jordan Allen for
my neck and spine pain as well as numbness in my hands. The results were almost immediate. The pain is diminished, much more manageable and my circulation is better as well. Jordan is very generous with his time and knowledge. I cannot speak highly enough about my very positive experience.

David was amazing with my 5 year old daughter! My daughter has weakness & tightness on one side of her body in addition to other medical issues & it is so difficult to find clinicians skilled & comfortable with treating her with the intensity needed, but still be gentle & a friend to her! He primarily focused on accupressure, stim unit, & some acupuncture/​heat/​massage /​herbals

Eva and Yael («ya-​elle») were wonderful from the minute we walked in! My boyfriend and I had never tried acupuncture before and he had a recent knee injury, I had an old back injury (mind you we are in our early 20’s). Yael’s confident hands and soothing nature immediately had us feeling better. She was able to describe everything she was doing. Since I was nervous and couldn’t see what she was doing, that was very helpful to me. Afterward, my bf’s knee was feeling 100% better and she helped me with a game-​plan to get my back, back in order. I would highly recommend Yael and Eva is a total sweetheart (nice to have friendly people in the waiting room).

Drew is incredible. Came here from Boston, needing to be treated for whiplash. After 1 treatment my symptoms were 95% better. Highly recommend

I absolutely love this place! I had walked in the day after I hurt my back lifting weights and the treatment I got there was fantastic. The acupuncture worked wonders and the cupping really helped loosen things up back there. The massage therapists and acupuncturist there know what they are doing and have a very mellow mentality. I loved every second and visit. i recommend everyone to try it out… :)

Aquilino is the absolute best. I had tried everything after I threw out my back, and AcuSport saved me. I really never thought I’d come back from my injury, but AcuSport brought me back to life. It was two weeks of being unable to do things like, I don’t know, putting on my own pants before I decided I had to find another way. I came here, and had my mind blown by alternative healing. After three sessions I was feeling optimistic, and pain free. I have referred many of my friends here, and will continue to do so. Being a musician and surfer myself, I felt like Aquilino understood where I was coming from, and helped me not only with his treatments, but with activities that I could utilize in my home to build strength, and prevent further injury.
All in all, my experience was phenomenal, and I highly recommend to anyone!!!

I have been going to this place for almost two years, every time I have any aches on my body I call Aquilino Soriano, his the best acupuncture has helped me a lot with the pain. Jordan’s an athlete himself so he knows what’s up!
I have had an ongoing neck/​nerve issue for years that sometimes acts up to the point of making even sitting on the couch an issue. Jordan’s magical powers helped me speed up the healing process despite not skipping a single jiu-​jitsu training!
He’s very careful and shows genuine concern for your overall well being. He is just so damn likeable that even tho he’s pushing needles into your body, you still just really really like the guy.
I look forward to my appointments and to the progress my body makes after each visit.
