9-1-1 Appliance Repair

This company is a joke. They completely screwed me over. They came to look at 2 washing machines I have that needed repair. The repair man said it would be a couple weeks. A month later I called and they said parts are back ordered and it will be 5 – 7 weeks. Three months later I called and they tell me they don’t make parts for this any more. Donot use this company

I scheduled an appointment to get my gas dryer fixed as it was not heating. They said they would be there between 2pm and 4pm. When no one showed up by 4:15 I called to check and no on answered. I called again at 4:30 and asked if anyone was coming. After a brief hold I was told that the repair man had been in a bad cell service area, which is why he hadn’t called to tell me he was running late, but that he would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Another 40 minutes went by before he showed up. Once he was there it took him less than 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with my dryer and fix it. All he did was pop off the bottom front panel and attach two plugs that were unattached. He seemed nice and professional during the service. I was charged $ 65 for the service.
No tools, no parts and less than 10 minutes of labor cost $ 65!!! And I had to take off work early to meet them during the appointment time they gave me and then they didn’t show up or call during that time and they were more than an hour late!
Not worth it and I won’t be using them again.

These guys are HORRIBLE. They never answer phone calls. They never do what they say they are going to do. I have called their 3 different lines 40 or 50 times the last 2 months to try and get information about a part they supposedly ordered from me, and they never return my call. A woman answered ONE TIME and promised a return call, and I never did.
STAY AWAY!!!
