7-Eleven

This 7 – 11 location has no concept of quality or first in/​first out. I thought I would try the new loaded Doritos. DISAPPOINTMENT! They were horrible. The box I bought had been sitting on the heater for so long that there were 3 ½ dried out pieces of rock hard cheese. Only 1 Dorito had any cheese in it that was still edible. The store refused to give me a refund after I showed them all of the product. I thought the Doritos would be fun to try and I was wrong. This location has horrible hot food products like the Loaded Doritos; I will never buy them again. NEVER!

I was in the store last night and there was a woman sitting on the waters stacked up outside and had urinated on herself and the water.
When I entered the store I asked the clerk to please call the police and have someone pick her up.
When I approached the counter to pay I asked again that the employee call the police. He became very combative and rude, so I asked for his name and hoped to bring it up to the owner. He would not give me his name. I explained that she was urinating all over the waters stacked up outside and onto the concrete in front of the store. Again I asked him for his name several time and would not give it to me — I figured that his employee number in on my receipt and will go from there.
A police car showed up as I was leaving. One of the police men talked to the woman and went inside to talk to the employee. I approached the other police man and explained the situation, the employee in the store and the water that was being urinated onto and the other and they promised to make a cal to the correct dispatch and have her taken in for help.
I have lived in the area for 15 years and go to that 7 – 11 weekly. Until, I have a chance to talk to the owner — I will not be back at any of their locations. Ohio st., Adams Ave, Meade Avenue and one other store that I will find out.
In the mean time — PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE WATER OUTSIDE OF THE STORE ON OHIO

I don’t know why I haven’t written a review about this place yet. My husband and I are in here probably every other day for something or other, usually beer or candy or something else unhealthy. I live right across the street and it’s so much more convenient than going anywhere else — the walk from my front door to this store is literally shorter than the walk to my car. The employees are always so friendly and joke around with me. They make me feel a little bit better about being a fatty and buying donuts all the time. The new renovations are really nice too!

The people who work here ate always nice! They even let me in w/​my dog! A lot of places don’t allow you to walk in w/​your dog (especially if it’s a bigger dog. Some people are ok w/​small, miniature dogs if you keep them in your shoulder bag. I have a mid-​sized dog… he’s a schnauzer and they were ok with it). They offer a pretty decent amount of things you’d expect in any 7-​eleven. I’ve never gotten cooked food from there but they do offer hot dogs and stuff like that. It’s always clean inside and like I stated earlier, the people who work here are really nice. There’s a redbox in front too in case you’re in the mood for a $ 1 a night rental!
