Joseph, Gerardo and Drew with 3D have been phenomenal. We were mid remodel and needed some things taken care of to finish in a timely manner. They installed new countertops in my house, did some finish plumbing, and some painting and baseboards. They are very easy to work with. Their quality of work is top notch!

I have worked with Drew and the team at 3D Environmental for a number of years and would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a restoration company. They are one of the best in San Diego.

We first worked with 3D Environmental when our insurance adjuster recommended them to fix the mold in my home offices resulting from a leaky toilet upstairs. Drew and his team came, removed the mold, repaired the ceiling and all in a timely manner and without a trace we ever had mold issues. Since then, we’ve had Drew come and clean our carpets annually.
When another upstairs toilet leaked due to a faulty seal, we had mold in the kitchen and this time it required removing a kitchen cabinet. Without a second thought, we called Drew. He and his team came over and had a cabinet expert come to remove the cabinet. The mold was removed and the cabinet reinstalled like the mold never happened. We are so grateful for 3D Environmental, especially to Drew, for being responsive, professional, friendly, and super easy to work with.
Last year, we needed to sell a rental property and the buyers requested a new water heater with a new tray (which was not a standard size). Of course, I called Drew just to see if he had any recommendations of people who could help. He said they could replace the water heater And when we needed help with a water heater issue, I called Drew to see if he had recommendations of who could help fix it and he had a custom made tray installed for us at no additional charge than what he quoted us. I am so grateful to Drew for this because we needed to close escrow and when I called it was under a very tight timeline. He and his team did an amazing job. The new owner signed off on the repairs and we were able to close escrow on time and without any issues.
I highly recommend 3D Environmental. I know they are reliable, professional, do high-​quality work and provide excellent friendly service.

The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a situation where you have to have a company come out and deal with a flood or mold or any issue where your insurance is going to get involved. With that being said… I am so glad that we came across Drew and his team. We had spoken to about 6 other companies and they all said «don’t call your insurance company until someone starts the job». True story.
Our dishwasher «failed» and basically all of our bottom cabinets needed to be replaced.
Drew came out on a Saturday afternoon. He spent a good deal of time explaining everything to us and showing us all the damage and made sure we understood everything. Drew is an honest straight forward guy. I knew then we were going to work with him and get this taken care of.
Drew constantly stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on and he dealt with our insurance to make sure everything was taken care of.
All of the guys on his crew were polite and worked hard. I’m pretty sure most of them never took lunch and just kept going. Every time the left, they would clean up and make sure we were okay with the work so far before they left.
I never once felt «weird» about being home alone with the guys. I know for some people being alone at home with strangers is awkward, but they were great.
While I hope I never have to deal with this again, I know who I am calling if I do. I also have made sure all my friends know to call Drew first before they do anything else.

As an insurance agent, I referred one of our clients to Drew and his team when her house flooded and had a serious issue with mold and water damage.
He must have done a good job, because my client called me and thanked me for referring him, and went on and on about what a good job he did and how great everything turned out.
Aside from fixing the water damage, Drew also helped rewire her living room to accommodate an entertainment center, running speaker and video cables through her walls and ceiling, and patching everything up good as new.
I highly recommend Drew and refer him to all of my clients.

My husband and are more than glad we hired Drew to remove the mold build up due to a kitchen sink leak. Very professional, personable and scope of work was best detailed in the estimate than other quotes we received; helped us understand exactly what we can expect during the process. He even suggested to have an Industrial Hygienist make sure that we did not have mold spores in the house after he removed it. We found that comforting and definitely opted for it. Drew’s company was able to start right away and even finished one day early. He and the contractors he had come out (plumber, drywall specialists, painters, 3^rd party Industrial Hygienist) were all friendly. I specially liked how Drew answered all my emails and calls right away including after the job was done. You will not regret hiring 3D Environmental Inc. We sure don’t. We’re so lucky to have found them.
