The did a good job, but my comments is the cost. I know, I know the say, «you have to spend good money to get good results.» But I am on a fixed income, and that saying doesn’t apply to me or those who don’t make a lot of money to be shelling out $ 3500 for scraping off the popcorn ceiling, painting, and two small plaster jobs. The handy man I used on a new place said he could do all that for $ 1500 less. Good work but too expensive for me. Next time I will use my handy man and buy my own supplies for the job. Cheaper the last time I used the handyman, I bought the supplies, and he did the work. Unlike this controctor Jeff, which we had to use the realitor recomend him.
