They are so helpful! I brought in a mill guard window that was broken and they ordered it for me and explained how to install it. They could have tried to upswell the install but we’re just helpful and gave me the step by step. Will definitely use them again.

I called two weeks ago to get a quote on installing a new shower door, and I was told they were busy but the owner would call me to make an appointment. I had already visited their business and selected the type of product that I wanted, so this was a clear opportunity for them to earn my business, but I never got a call from anyone.
I don’t get how small businesses sometimes ignore new customers because they are busy. A loyal clientele and referrals are what keep you afloat during tough times…

I’m not one to comment on Unilocal but I felt it necessary to warn people to avoid this business. They did a set of screens for me two months ago without a problem. I returned with a second set of the same style screens and after two weeks, which I was told would be the longest the job would take, I called to follow up. Not only had they not completed the screens, I was told they were very busy and thought it best I pick them up since they didn’t think they would get around to them. I understand a business being overwhelmed with work and being delayed, but the fact that it took me calling them to find out they were not going to do the work they agreed to when I could have used another company seems insane. The screens literally sat untouched for two weeks, the company having no intention of doing the work, and feeling no obligation to notify me. On top of this the owner and his office manager were dismissive and seemed unaffected by conducting such poor business. I get the feeling this is par for the course, and seeing their ratings on Unilocal only confirms my feeling. Sorry to rant but I wouldn’t waste your energy with these guys.

I went in to get a price and was treated like I was interupting the day for them. Knowing how busy things get for small business’, I overlooked their rudeness. I went ahead and made an appointment for an estimate. No one showed up and no phone call. Not good, not good at all.
