I love Kate, she’s seriously the best! I was recommended to her by a good friend of mine. My neck and lower back gave out after picking up my 2yr old son wrong. My normal acupuncturist was all the way in Irvine and I could not drive so I needed someone local. Needless to say she’s become my Acupuncturist now. She’s a rare gem in this world. She not only takes care of your physical pain but she also takes time, care, and concern about your emotional well being. Western Drs forget how much emotion can take on your physical health. It took me along time to connect the two. Now that I know I feel so blessed to have Kate on my team on keeping me healthy.

Kate is an amazing practitioner. She is kind, thorough, gentle, and determine to help heal. I have seen her many times, and I always feel better after acupuncture. She does offer traditional Chinese medicine, as well, and is very knowledgeable about the topic. The location is great – it’s in a really cute building a block away or from Del Mar in San Clemente. She also has a very convenient website to make appointments. Highly recommended!
