Brenda is slowly returning from Maternity leave and she has had a couple of other amazing women working for her. Service has continued to remain high caliber.

There are just not enough stars here for this talented loving woman! I have been wanting to write this review for years. I had the worst acne when I found Brenda. I had had it on and off since high school and it effected how I felt about myself. I had tried more products, combinations of products, estheticians, and dermatologists than I can even imagine. You name it I had tried it. Somehow nothing had worked. Now I have had clear skin for years. It is great to reflect on how positively this change has affected my self esteem. She customized a skin care plan for my specific needs and tastes. She wrote everything down for me and was available to explain the process again patiently when I was confused about what to use when. I was inspired to take better care of my skin and not pick because I was seeing results!
The most amazing thing about Brenda beyond the results she got with my skin is her compassion for me and my skin. She really cares about how my skin looks and feels. And through her love of her craft I learned to take better care of my skin consistently.
I can not say enough good things about this woman. She is professional. She is generous. She is always fair. I had a light for my skin that I bought from her and it broke and she exchanged for me and took care of everything. I bought a product and the product spilled out during travel because the lid was not for travel and she replaced it and recommended an alternative. She is always going above and beyond with her customer service. And she is so nice about it. I really hate returning anything ever! Or communicating that something is not working with a service provider but she creates such a safe space and is so thoughtful and kind in her communication. She makes me feel like I can tell her when something didn’t work for me. I love the results of her product lines, the packaging, and the smell! Over the years I have finished a bottle of serum or cleanser here and there and tried something else but it always leads me down the same road. My skin looses it’s glow and begins to break out.
I would almost think I was making all this up if I read it. It seems too good to be true that a person could posses all of these incredible qualities and skills and could offer them so consistently for so many years. She’s the real deal. I even drive from San Francisco to see her because I have never found anyone else that poses anything close to all of these qualities. Brenda is completely honest about the pro’s and con’s about all of the different products benefits in relationship to their cost. Sometimes I can treat myself to more than others. I love that she is always concerned with what is best for me, my budget, and my skin goals.
She really listens to you when you are there and that is how she somehow knows what each person needs to give them the best results. I have sent many friends to her because I get compliments on my skin from friends who saw the changes back in the day. Everyone has excellent results with her.
It’s really the best form of relaxation to see her. I always look so forward to my next visit. She remembers so many details about my life and skin. It is amazing that she remembers the different things I have tried with her and the results I have had better than I can! I love how pretty her space is and the music playing is just right. She takes care of all the visual details so I can relax fully in her space. The bed is heated if need be and I always like to be warm for a facial. I get cold really easily.
I am a an honest, direct and sappy woman. So I had to share this with women. I want everyone to know what it is like to be proud of your skin and feel like you know how to take great care of it and relish in the benefits of the results.
I am forever thankful to Brenda for helping me to find a solution for my acne for once and for all. Thanks to her I look younger than I am and get many compliments about my skin.
