Just a word to the owners of this boutique. I have walked in several times just to look around, but have never been greeted by the person behind the desk in the back.
Even though most people do want to be left alone to look through the merchandise, a pleasant greeting should be a given! How about «hello», or «how are you doing today», something even a smile! I know I don’t want to walk into a store and feel that the person working there is too busy to even look up.
Customer service is more important in these times than ever before. There are always other clothing stores. To me, the services is as important as the merchandise.

I was in town visiting and wandered in one Saturday and left with bags full of great clothing reasonably priced! Gina and her sister in law were SO helpful and nice.
When I was back a few months ago I made a point to come in and get my fall clothes.
Can’t say enough nice things about this store! Everything from their help, to the clothes, to the price – AMAZING!

I was on my way to a bakery and… WAIT A MINUTE… how cute is THAT dress in the window? Very cute, blue and white striped dress with hints of red for $ 79…not bad for downtown San Carlos! I had to try it on! However, the mannequin looked very petite. After finding out it was a size small, I almost walked out, but the employees at Sassy Chic ensured me that it would fit. I tried it on and was pleasantly surprised on how cute the dress looked on me. They had other dresses and tops that were super cute so I will definitely be back :)

Walked in with friends on our way to Starbucks… What a cool shop! They were doing their «soft opening» while putting the final touches on the store… The staff was friendly, great selection of clothes for women… My friends were impressed!
