We hired Paula to stage our home in Millbrae after being recommended by our realtor. Her bid was $ 3500. It took them a few hours to install. The furniture was rented for 30 days. The result was very disapointing to our family. She gave us three rooms of ugly depressing out dated brown furniture. We had to move many of the pieces around that did not fit the space, and wondered why all of the furniture looked so tired and old. She switched one couch after three weeks to a lighter beige. We had to spot clean several stains on the couches and all of the furniture required dusting and cleaning. It looked like throw aways from ross-​dress-​for-​less store. Our neighborhood is up-​scale with expensive homes, we wanted it to look like some thought had been put into it. Every piece of furniture in the house was brown. The art work was sad and depressing. The bedroom was «staged» with only a bed and two nightstands… The house would have looked better empty. For what she charged us, we felt robbed. She also does not accept credit cards, which for such a hefty cost would have been a lot more user friendly. She complained that we didnt leave a check for her on the day of delivery. We gave it to her 3 days after. Really an outrageous amount of money considering the amount of time that was put into it…

I really don’t have enough kind words for Paula from Project Redesign. She turned my condo into a beautiful oasis and I KNOW it will sell quickly due to her amazing talents. She is extremely efficient and has a great eye for design. I had a horrific situation where I had a nasty «hoarder» renting my unit, I finally got him out but never thought it would look good again, thanks to Paula it looks better then ever. I would highly recommend her for your staging needs. She is incredibly professional and gets the job done in a timely fashion.
