Pro Line Carpet Maintenance Supply

I would not recommend Pro Line to any company who is serious about their own business. Pro Line is seems to be run by incompetent bumbling fools, the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. They drop the ball often. I have had several orders messed up or even lost in the den of fools. I wont name names but the incompetence seems to run from the top down. I’m not even sure how they can stay in business as my order is never processed and when I pre paid for 2 classes they canceled one due to low enrolment (I understand this happens sometimes) then when I spoke with the office representative about a refund for the canceled they refunded for both classes and canceled my enrolment for the other too. Wow! Their level of incompetence far exceeds any imagined service they provide. I’ll be doing business with someone else from now on.

We came to PRO LINE from the San Jose for a seminar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the warehouse was clean, and the owner interacted with us and was great. Would recommend PRO LINE for classes or as a place to purchase equipment for your business.
