Be very careful with your billing with PAMF. They were very disorganized when I wanted to process a termination of storage of medical items with them(that I prepay a year for) sending me two forms that had to be notarized without clearly saying that I had to pick only one and have that notarized. I paid to have both notarized since it looked from what they sent me like I needed to complete both. Then when they got my paperwork, they held it for 2 months refunding to me only from that point onwards(i.e., ½ of what was due to me). When I called, they quickly noted the error and said they would refund also the other half, but they should not be this screwed up forcing the customer to have to keep them honest!
