Dr. BC, bless her heart. She and her team are the definition of quality patient care! I was referred by my previous general dentist through my HMO insurance to get a root canal done, but since I’m very apprehensive about getting dental work done I decided to go with my aunt’s dentist. I could tell off the start that her primary concern was my health. She called me directly to ask questions regarding my pain and offered an appointment for emergency root canal. Once in her office she made my comfort first priority, she’s so caring and her great sense of humor helped me feel less anxious about the procedure. Thank you so much Dr. BC and staff for accommodating me and being so gentle and caring!

Dr BC is a top notch specialist. In fact, I believe she is the best dentist I ever encountered! She is a people’s person too, putting a patient at ease. I had a root canal done by her yesterday, and even though it was longer than a typical filling for example, I felt much less discomfort than with average filling. She is highly skilled with the needle too — I felt no bruises or any damage to my gums after the anestesia subsided, and don’t feel anything today. In fact, my wife, who worked in dental industry for a while, was surprised to see my face looked 100% normal right after the procedure, and when she saw the before and after xrays, as well as my tooth, she just said «world class». She is as good as it gets. Her office is nice and clean, modern too, the assistant Sara and biz mgr Viet are great. I don’t think it gets any better with root canals. In fact, I’d love for her to be my general dentist, but I am not sure she does that.

Dr. BC is a dedicated and highly skilled endodontist. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Her staff are fabulous… feels almost like family. I absolutely recommend her and be prepared to do a lot of laughing as she will share the funniest stories while she is working… The only other word I can use to describe Dr. BC is AWESOME. Thank you and your staff for your follow up and excellent care and service.

I wouldn’t wish a root canal on anyone, but if you had to have one, Dr. Baldassari and staff are the people to go to!!!
My root canal was a complicated one, taking way more time than we all thought. Thru the process, even though it was a challenging situation, she was so upbeat, that it especially relaxed me. When it was all done, it was a wonderful experience.
I deal with professionals all the time and I can say that her expertise, skill and bedside manner ranks highest in my book!!!
To top it off, it’s been 3 days and NO pain, soreness and tenderness after this procedure!!!
I highly highly recommend her services!

A visit to the dentist is not on my top 10 lists of things to do, but I had a great experience here with Dr BC and her staff. Excellent service, great explanation and an all around wonderful experience, given the reason for the visit. I would highly recommend to family and friends!

The office was comfortable, clean, modern, and pleasant. The heated massage chair, pillow, and blanket nearly put me to sleep. Private parking in the back further simplified the experience.
Dr. B-​C and Viet worked efficiently as a team and I felt completely confident in their ability to get it right the first time. They talked me through the procedure, showed me what they were doing, and answered my questions.
Her personal follow up via phone the next day (a Saturday) was unexpected, and reinforced how she cares about her patients.

My experience with Dr. BC and the entire staff here has been amazing. They are very focused on the comfort and experience of their patients, and their work is hands down the best I’ve dealt with. I was having severe pain in a tooth over the weekend. My dentist recommended Dr. B-​C and, luckily for me, she pushed another patient back so she could see me at 8:30 am on this past Saturday. I cannot say enough about HER — not only was she soothing, calming, and knowledgable, she made me feel extremely confident in her. She explained every procedure thoroughly and I felt like I was a top priority (even though I just met her). This may sound funny but I felt like Dr. B-C’s office was like a spa — not only does her chair have a, «massage,» button (which I used for 1 hour and 45 minutes), the staff even let me choose my own radio station to listen to while working on me. Oh, I almost forgot — they even supplied me with a greek yogurt so that my stomach would have something in it! I give her and her staff a, «10!.» If you want the best, go see her!

My daughter was recently referred to Dr. B-​C following an accident at school that completely knocked out one of her front, permanent teeth. Our pediatric dentist took care of the actual emergency on the day of the accident, but we needed to establish a relationship with an endodontist for long-​term monitoring, possible root canal, etc. We were SO lucky to find Dr. Baldassari-​Cruz at San Carlos Endodontics.
I had read about her prior to going to the office and I had read ALL the practice guidelines about how to manage my daughter’s case. Dr. B-​C has tons of experience in many different settings, and we are lucky that she has decided to settle in our area to establish her own practice. She explained our options and the rationale behind her recommendations so clearly to me and to my daughter. Her recommendations aligned with the guidelines I had already reviewed and she was confident in her treatment decision. I had total confidence in her and never thought twice about the work she did on my child. We were able to start the work immediately so that we can best work toward the goal of saving her natural tooth. And for our next visit, we will go on a Saturday. It is great that she is open on the weekend so we don’t have to miss any work or school. My daughter advertises her as «the best dentist» and she specifically commented on how she liked the way Dr. B-​C explained things to her so that she understood what needed to be done. She had very little discomfort (only a prick or two before her mouth was numb) and went on with her day following the appointment. Dr. B-​C was careful to explain what to expect, describe any red flags, and provide emergency contact information if we had any problems — which of course, we did not. She even called in the evening after the procedure to make sure all was well.
Dr. B-C’s office is brand new and has all the bells and whistles. They have massaging dental chairs, great music, a tv if you want to watch a movie or cartoon while you have the work done. She has a wonderful assistant who was also helpful and great with my daughter. Honestly, none of us cared much about the available electronics. Dr. B-​C and her staff were so calming, interesting, funny, and easy to talk to that we were not really interested in any of the fancy distractions. Being a healthcare provider myself, I have high standards for the care my family receives. Dr. B-​C exceeded my expectations. We look forward to many follow-​up visits with Dr. B-​C and her staff, but hopefully no more dental trauma!

Amazing but true. This was my experience with Dr. B-​C, as she is known.
She is not only the most skilled dentist I have ever encountered but also an exemplary individual: kind, compassionate, helpful and extremely dedicated to the well-​being of her patients.
She followed up personally with me by phone the next day and gave me her mobile number in case I wanted to reach her directly.
The world needs more people like Dr. B-​C.
