My husband and I bought our house a little over a year ago, and knew when we bought it that we’d have to have some work done on one of the guest bathrooms, as the inspection had revealed that the tile in the shower wasn’t installed properly, thus making the shower not waterproof. Eventually we’ll want to update the kitchen and the other bathrooms, so this was a great first-​time remodel project for us: we were hoping to find a contractor who would do good work at a reasonable price, and we did! Jeff is awesome. He’s really easy to work with, and gave good overviews of my options so that I could make informed choices. The tile guys he works with do beautiful work — they made the super inexpensive Home Depot tile I used look fantastic — and everyone involved kept the mess to a minimum, and did a great job cleaning up. I’m definitely going to be calling Jeff when I’m ready for the next project, and I have already recommended him to various friends who have remodeling projects on the horizon.

I was introduced to Jeff Caria of Caria Construction in San Carlos when I needed to do some work on my duplex rental in Redwood City a few years ago. Jeff was extremely courteous, professional, and honest. We needed to replace the roof, all of the rain gutters and down spouts, and replace all of the fascia boards which were dry rotted. Jeff prepared a cost estimate which outlined all of the work that would be done in detail and provided a date for when the work would be completed by. The estimate was extremely reasonable and I highly appreciated his attention to detail so I knew there wouldn’t be any hidden or additional costs. Jeff started the work a week later and keep me apprised of the progress and schedule so I could inform our renters. Jeff’s work is superior, his attention to detail is excellent, and his professionalism is first-​rate!
After this project was completed, my husband and I decided to utilize him again to do some major exterior remodeling at our primary residence in Newark. Jeff installed all of our new windows and slider doors and reconstructed the molding and trim around them inside and out. He replaced all of the exterior siding, moldings, and trim and he added decorative stacked stone around the front of our home. His work on this project really added value and curb appeal to our home and I would recommend him to anyone looking to do the same.
