Zumiez

Everybody that works here is hella coo. Especially the chick (I think she’s a manager) she gave me no hassle about a return that I got for Christmas. Even looked for something I wanted online. I’m always in here and I suggest everyone shop at this location of Zumiez. Y’all the shit tho

i bought 3 pairs of socks here love there attitudes here they are super nice staff and very helpful thanks for a great experience even though just buying socks. love my 2PAC, Eazy E, Biggie Smalls Socks so dope though. love there excellent customer service that they provide! When I walk into a store I appreciate the greeting however I don’t want to be followed around the whole store… The way the girl was treating me was something like harassment, like yo relax. Pestering me about every item I seem to look at. You’re stressing me out and turning me off I don’t even want to buy anything at this point.

Im giving it two starts because sometimes they have cool stuff, especially shoes. Everytime i walk in there they are always pushing you to buy something, yeah i get it you get commission or whatever but still it to the point where its uncomfortable. I can’t even hear myself think!!! Can you just leave me alone so i can freakin shop. Not only that but idk i guess this chick was new or something but when i got home she left the alarm on my headband. i live in san francisco now i have to go back all the way to san bruno to get this stupid shit removed to wear.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Being a manager myself I know what customer service is… I walked into this store and was immediately helped and asked if I wanted a fitting room started for me. I thought the worker was being nice to me, then I realized he was following me around because he thought I was stealing. I then returned about 10 min before the store closed because I was desperate to leave with a shirt before the store closed. The store called security and had them follow me around the store until I left. This place is rude and they harassed me! Don’t ever shop at this location!

We walked in for a t-​shirt for my husband and walked out with a skateboard for my 5 year old son. We live in France, where the skating culture is a bit thinner than it is in the bay area, so it was easy to push him off a for a while until we came home for a visit and walked into a store where the folks had complete skater walk, talk and passion. Neither my husband or I are impulse shoppers, but the kid had been hounding us for a board for a year… and we crossed paths with Seth at Zumiez… and it just seemed to be the right time.
Our boy gravitated toward the boards, and Seth answered every question we threw at him and more. He put both of our sons — a 4 yo and 5.5 yo — on different boards and helped them back and forth (and back and forth…). He put up with us for about an hour. We came back a couple of days later for 1 board, and he let my son ‘help’ put it together. All of the above + that extra touch. We’re back in France, and my kid is gliding along enthusiastically, though it’ll be a while before he’s graceful at it.
When our younger son is ready for his new ride, we’ll wait til we get back to the bay area, and come look for Seth.

This place is cool for finding brands that you pretty can’t find anywhere else if your in a mall. They carry a lot of Diamond Supply, Obey, and other cool gear. Customer service is very friendly and is a pleasure to do business with.

Love the staff here! (: Great clothes and great company even if you are shopping alone. The staff here will always make you feel welcomed!

seriously the only reason people step into this store is because it’s right next to the food court. Not impressed! Over priced. I don’t understand why people are giving this store 4 – 5 star reviews. It’s not a 5 STAR store. I have a feeling the reviewers are the workers…

Awesome streetwear is awesome. This is my go-​to place for sweet t-​shirts and jackets. Sadly this is the only Zumiez for me to go to because they closed down the Stonestown location. (In case you didn’t know, it was because you high-​school f-​cks kept shoplifting from them) Also, I’m sometimes too lazy to drive to Hillsdale.
One of the cool features of Zumiez is that you can buy something from their online shop and have it shipped FOR FREE to a local Zumiez store. Great option since it saves you shipping fees, and any item purchased at the online shop can be returned at any Zumiez.
I do have to mention one instance of great customer service here. I had purchased an M-​65 jacket online and selected to have it shipped to the store. However, when I checked my bank account the next day, I saw that I was actually charged TWICE for the item. I emailed customer service right after, and someone emailed me back that they would fix the error. Within a couple of days, I saw that not only did the guy fix the error, he gave me a refund for BOTH of the transactions. And my jacket was already being shipped to the store. I thought the guy made another error, because I was practically getting a FREE jacket. When my jacket was ready to be picked up at the store, I explained to the sales associate about the whole situation, but he told me that he was given the go-​ahead to give me the jacket, and that the guy in customer service likely gave me a complete refund because I was charged twice. At the end of the day, I got a FREE JACKET and it was awesome.

I never thought I would shop in here because well, I just don’t. But I realized after really looking at their stuff, I liked it… from skinny jeans and cool t-​shirts, and jackets you can find a great outfit and not break too much of your budget. Two weeks ago, they were selling skinny jeans for about $ 20. I thought that was pretty rad. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went there on a Saturday morning, and there was a black girl (sorry for the wording, didnt catch her name), she was totally awesome. Her customer service from when I got there to when I left was the best i’ve ever seen so far.
I was looking at shoes, and she came up and asked if I wanted to check out some shoes and she helped me. I had 2 that I check out first, one they didnt have. So i tried it on, and i saw another pair of shoes, I asked her if i could get that one to. And she was multi tasking, helping another customer at the same time. Now thats what you call great service.
Since she was hella nice i bought a shirt because I felt in a mode off getting something else. When i checked out we had a conversation and she was real with it.
Awesome service.
