Tony is my go to guy for work on the family cars. T&J Auto is honest and very competitive in the price they charge for the work they do. They do not try to up sell you on any unnecessary work, and if they tell you something needs to be fixed, it truly does. I continue to give Tony my business and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

T&J has been my go to place for repairs for the last 2 years. I am a busy mom and student and Tony always makes sure I get in and out quickly. He had always been straight forward and honest about my repair options. I have always found his price extremely fair in comparison to other local mechanics. I had a transmission problem and he not only referred me to a great shop but called ahead and explained everything so I didn’t have to. Check him out you won’t regret it.

Why you should get your oil changed here instead of one of those chain shops on El Camino:
–Based on my quick encounter, Tony seems to be honest. No one will try to sell you new car parts or services you don’t need. For my last oil change, the chain shop tried to tell me I needed several hundred dollar of unnecessary services. No up-​selling here.
–Tony is efficient. I was in and out in twenty minutes when I made an appointment for first thing in the morning.

Amazing!!! Definitely go here to get your car worked on. I’ve been taking my car to Tony for over a year and he’s great. He’s old school when it comes to investigating car problems and is really good at explaining things. I like how he uses touch, sound, smell to determine car issues, which is how it used to be. He’s also competitive with prices as well.

I initially went to T & J because they were offering to do a premium oil change for my Prius for far less than anyone out there. That went very well.
Then I ended up getting their help with installing leather seats, where they took really good care of my car – during both the install and partial return portion of the purchase (no fault of theirs).
Overall friendly, honest people who aren’t just in it to grab your money. Highly recommended!

I have been taking my cars to Tony for over 6 years now and i would not take it anywhere else! Tony is a fantastic mechanic, the best part is he’s HONEST! It can be hard to find a great mechanic and i am so lucky to have found Tony. Recently, my Infinity FX 45 started to make a loud banging sound when i drove and i got really worried something was seriously wrong. I took it to Tony and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. It was a loose muffler, Tony doesn’t do mufflers so he referred me to he friends shop. I went there and the man fixed it within 5 minutes and then didn’t even charge me. I wanted to pay, but he said it was ok since it was an easy fix. If Tony cant fix it, he refers me to someone that can. Tony also stands by his quote for a repair. I have never been charged over his original quote, in fact, i have paid less then the quoted price because the part needed was on sale, it took less time then he originally thought or he got oil on sale. I cant say enough great things about Tony! Thanks Tony for all your hard work!

I used a coupon for free brake inspection at this small independent garage. After they pulled the wheels off, they brought me into the garage and showed me what my brakes look like, and also what new brakes look like still in the box. They informed me that my brakes still had some life to them, and they didn’t advise any immediate work, just to inspect them again at my next oil change. They had the opportunity to up-​sell me unnecessary service, and they didn’t do that. How often does that happen??? That built a lot of credibility with me. Its not a high image garage, and they could clean things up a bit.

This guy knows his job and knows to look out for his customer’s best interests as well. He helped fix our car’s brakes and gave us a good deal. This will be our main automotive mechanic from now on.

I have been taking my car here for about 8 years now and it’s been amazing. Tony is honest and a good man. As a woman you have to be careful with Mechanics and I feel that I can trust him and my car runs great. Ladies you won’t be sorry.

I was referred to this place by a friend of my dad. I just bought a car and brought it here for an oil change and to check if the car was okay overall. They’re very nice, they kept me informed and very honest. Only been here once, but I’ll definately be back again!
