For check-in on Thursday I called on Sunday to ask for a room that did not require stairs to access. I have arthritis and stairs are difficult. Stairs with luggage in tow would be painful. I wad told there were no first floor rooms available for the two nights I was staying, there is no elevator, this is a small 23-unit motel, and I could cancel my reservation since it was farther out than 48 hours. So I did. Absolutely no willingness to accommodate.

The Ritz Inn is a clean convenient motel with great customer service from the owner Peter. The rooms were consistently cleaned and stocked, the WiFi works; there is a refrigerator and microwave and the motel is located near several restaurants within walking distance.

AVOIDTHISHOTEL. Pros: prıce ıs cheap and thats the only thıng… CONS: –NOWİRELESS at all eventhough they have a bıg sıgn sayıng free wifi(it’s like a joke) –poor customer servıce and fıghtıng off wıth you and sayıng they have ınternet :s they even told me that ” what can i do my friend if it is not working”(manager-like person) lookıng down on customers and incapable of solvıng a customers’ problems –tv remote wasnt workıng when we checked ın and manager made us feel lıke we dıd ıt and gave us another messed up remote that was broken… –there was a wine box under the bed from previous customers. –after a couple of nıghts of endurıng the place, we started ITCHING… –they saıd they renovated the place but only the basıcs visible issues were done but ıt was stıll too crappy that we checked out as soon as we can… –Noisy extended staying TENANT next room and didnt do anything… –NOTRELIABLE people ATALL. i made my reservation and paid the deposit to check in a day after and when i showed up with my luggages, they said there was a water problem in one of their rooms and they gave my room to some other customer and wanted to send me out to somewhere else. Manager wanna be guy didnt even bother to fınd a place for me and when ı complained they saıd they have another hotel that i should go there. When ı asked if they enough bed to accommade 3 person manager says ” no but they have a jacuzzi”. what is this a joke? is my kid supposed to sleep ın a jacuzzı? who in the right mind would give an answer like this? fınally ı found another place by myself and dıdnt even hear a apology!!! –lıke ı was able to create problems even before checkıng ın he says none of my customers have any problem except you”…what kınd of poorly traıned and uneducated manager wanna be tells that to a customer??? –No need to mentıon that there were staıns everywhere… this is as much as i can remember… ı dont know what to say more AVOIDTHISHOTEL.

seemed decent at first but as i spent more time it made sense to me why it was at the cost. it has basics for survival but by no means a comfortable experience. my allergies were at peak levels for whatever reasons you can imagine. The bed was stiff and didnt get much sleep. «free wifi» = had NO connectivity 80% of the time i only stayed there due to an appointment but cant imagine staying there for a vacation or nothing. paid $ 65 for 1 night but i think could have spent 20 more bucks to get a much better place

For some reason my review was filtered. I have stated in my last review that I found the Ritz Inn staff very nice and I found the rooms clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Ritz Inn is also very reasonable compare to other Motels in the area. I hope this review remains up.

A deal at $ 49 bucks per night. For those who are used to 5 star hotels, this place is probably not for you. It’s by the airport so sometimes jets can be heard overhead. I thought I’d take a chance since I have seen bad reviews on other sites. As I arrived I see a homeless man with his shopping cart under the carport. I am then greeted by a nice Indian man behind the counter. He gives me a(almost broken) key card, that worked fine. Then I open the door of my room to find a clean bed and bathroom. Cable, microwave oven, fridge. Plenty of places to eat and a liquor store near by. My only complaint was that the roll of toilet paper was on the low side(was able to get a new roll at the counter).

PUKEPUKEPUKE~!!! SODISGUSTING… «STAINS» everywhere… after our stay there, we decided we’ll pay an extra $ 40/PERSON for a nice room… with a clean bathroom… clean sheets… CLEANCLEANCLEAN~!!! room also comes with mold and peeling paint in the shower… SO gross.
