We ordered 20 chocolate chip nibblers and they came out all cold and hard, chewy but in an «I’ve been sitting out» way. We only had to take one bite and knew it was bad so we took it back and the girl gave us another bag which was the exact same but she gave us a dirty look that time. We didn’t have time so we just left.

I think the cookie monster wouldn’t be impressed.
Standard too sweet cookies: $ 5 for like 15 or so nibblers? = sugar high. I felt dirty after.
If you want a cookie cake with writing, you’ll have to give them 45 minutes notice.

Haven’t had a Mrs. Fields cookie in about a decade, not for any reason, just the way it happened… Got a white chocolate macadamia cookie, of course it was fantastic… customer service was a joke! No line, we were the only people getting three cookies… the Mrs. Fields woman stopped short of sighing in our faces and when we needed a napkin… forget about it! Definitely does not like her job. When you are at work, fake it! You don’t even have to be that pleasant, just enough to complete a simple transaction smoothly.

i love their cinnamon sugar nibblers! they are sooo good! i ordered 20 nibblers for $ 5.00 but they ran out of cinnamon sugar. …worker said it was gonna be another 10 minutes. i said «its okay. i’ll wait.» so i waited and once i got them… they were nice and warm. and soooo delicious! damn, i hella love mrs. fields!
