These guys provided me with car service to and from the airport recently, and I have used them before. Love it! On time, easy to reserve and work with, professional and friendly, helpful and efficient. nice cars too. I’m not even sure how Ahmed got to the airport doorway as quick as he did, I was barely off the plane after texting them. Nice! Thanks Liberty!

Mazen was are driver. Picked us up from the airport and drove us downtown to the convention center in San Francisco! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews but our driver was great! And usually people who use groupon write bad reviews, you people are cheap. I think Mazen is the owner of the company and he was a joy to work with. If I lived in San Francisco I would definitely use his car service. The sedan was very very clean too. :)

I recommend this company! I travel every month for work so I have experience when it comes to driving services. The car is clean, elegant and the driver is friendly and is on top of his business.

I purchased a Groupon for one way to SFO for 4 people. Emailed twice to confirm our reservation, no response. Had to call to confirm. Our non-​english speaking driver showed up on time with a town car. He put the first piece of luggage in the front seat (ghetto) and pointed for the rest of us squeeze in the back seat. My dad politely told him to put the suit case in the trunk. Now it was him against the luggage. An episode out of Sienfeld but we weren’t laughing. We drove at a snails pace but bounded around like we were on hydrolics in a rap video (helloooo can you say «new shocks»!?!). Our non-​English speaking driver can say $ 20 in perfect English. He wouldn’t acknowledge my Groupon and said we had to pay airport taxes and parking. Since when is stopping the car to let us out considered parking? He called his manager and preceded to talk to someone. I asked to speak with them and no one was on the phone. Fake phone call! Had to catch my plane so handed him the 20 bucks he so desperately needed. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Thank gawd I’m in the Xmas spirit and off to Cabo or I would argued this one out. He can consider this my 1^st of 26 acts of kindness.

Horrible service! First appointment, car never showed up and had to pay a fortune for short term parking at SFO. Second time car showed up, but was filthy and the driver charged me a $ 20 service airport service fee. They tell you to go to the website to make reservations but never confirm. Only used first half of round trip and will NEVER use again. Happily loose the money than experience such crappy service again. Thank god for Über!

CROOKS. Total Groupon scam. In addition to charging you a ton of extras, they also try to get extra $$ out of you for «being outside their area for the promotion» (nevermind what their website says).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
11/​12/​2012 update: Received a refund from GroupOn for this. Also received an email from Liberty Limo suggesting that I learn to speak English, due to my translation issues of Half Moon Bay being in the Bay Area (apparently, according to Liberty, it’s not — and they’ve confused geography lessons with language lessons, but that’s a nit). Priceless, and reinforces the rating. Unfortunately, one is the lowest score that we can give. Bummer.

We used this company to go on a 6hr wine tour near SF. The company seemed ok at first. The limo was a little janky, with rips in the seats and stuffing coming out, but it was nice enough. Our driver seemed like a nice guy, and was good about promptly picking us up. At the end of our excursion we gave him a 15% tip in cash based on the price (expensive) of the excursion – this ended up being $ 100. Then a few days later my credit card was charged $ 215 for an included 20% tip, plus tax and bridge toll. When receiving the cash tip, the driver should have reminded us that he was receiving money in ADDITION to an included 20% tip. When I tried to get my money back from the company, they said that they don’t really know the driver and I should contact him directly to try to get my $ 100 in cash back. Seriously? They should reimburse me on my credit card and then let the driver keep the $ 100. Such crap, and this ended up being an extremely expensive, and not worth it, excursion. I would never use this company again.

I booked a round trip with Liberty Limo because they offered a discounted rate of $ 39 each way to/​from San Francisco Airport. After I filled out a request form on their website, I received two email messages, one confirmed my trip from Fisherman’s Wharf to the airport, the other one stated that I had to wait until I picked up my luggages to call them for pick up at the airport.
I had to reschedule my flight due to work situation, I called them and was told I had to update my info. on their webside, so I filled out another service request form on their website regarding my updated flight info. I never received any confirmation email.
On the day of my original flight to San Francisco, they called two and half hours after my original arrival time and said they went to the airport and waited for me for an hour, I asked if they received my request to reschedule my arrival/​departure date/​time, they said they didn’t. They had to charge me for the trip from the airport to the hotel. I disagreed because I did informed them about the change 3 days before my original arrival date/​time (72 hours is what they specify for any change/​cancellation).
I emailed them requesting for a refund, I stated that they must’ve known I did not fly to San Francisco on that day because they called me at home after I left my cell phone number on their website inquiry form. I also questioned why they called me two and half hours after my original arrival time and did not wait for me to call for pickup.
Then I received a very insulting email, which was full of lies and stories they made up, as follows:

Unfortunately, you don’t want to admit that you forgot to call or email us to cancel your arrival. you should learn a lesson from this mistake, be responsible and go on, hopefully you pay attention in the future and consider other people time.
You went on your imaginations on ways to come up with stories to prove us wrong. and start to be childish and call us lairs and dishonest and so on.
I know as well you know that you didst send any email to cancel, however let me prove that to you and hopefully that would deter you from lieying again or make you abetter lyre:
You said on your own words to me that you sent an email to us to cancel your arrival, and when I asked you to forward that email to me, you immediately said that you deleted it. I asked you why you deleted it, you said that you always delete the emails. I said even the ones you send out you said yes. Now, to avoid the email prove issue, you came up with cancelling your request through our on line form!!! NICE TRY.
Now regarding calling your cell or home phone, I don’t know what number I was calling, I was returning calls to its source. Have you ever tried to retrieve voice message and hit the number 8 key to call the calling number? Hellooo, looks like you were calling from your home number.
Honey, update flights and stage the car for specific arrival in the airport staging area waiting for you to call. It takes 5 to 10 minuets for the car to move from staging area to the terminal. again, stop imaging.
The fact is you forgot to email and cancel your arrival. I don’t expect you to apologize to us, but I hope you learn for the future

I had to cancel the other voucher I got from them because I am so hurt in terms of my dignity and my money. I don’t know how people like them with no integrity/​honesty can still be in business. My eyes got very sore from reading their poor English, my heart felt deeply sorry for them because they started a very pathetic war they will never finish.
Hope all these facts above will help some of you (that are interested in this deal to/​from San Francisco Airport within 15 miles) to make a decision.

Our driver, George, was very nice, but arrived in a very old limo. Anyway, on our trek we went– with wine… and had to stop for a wine bottle opener since they did not have one in the limo. Didn’t know that was going to was going to detract from our 6-​hour tour.
Anyway, we were 15 minutes late coming and after being quoted two different prices, I was told that gratuity was included.
Enter next day and all of a sudden there was a $ 275 charge on my credit card. When I called to find out why, I was told that I’d be called back within the hour. Instead I received an email and when I finally talked to Mazen, he said that was their policy. He is very shady and not helpful AT ALL. Do NOT use this service at all.

Driver, Cal… Nice guy… Not the best driver in the wine country. Thankful to have not been killed on this trip. More importantly however was the way they dealt with the financial side of this trip. Very shady. Tied over charging us after the trip was over. Limo was clean. I’ll give em that, but thats about it.

One of the worst limo experiences of my life. The driver was not a skilled driver, i have never been bounced around a limo as much. He did not know where he was going and despite having GPS still managed to miss turns and get lost. Several times we came very close to getting T-​boned by on coming traffic.
At the end of the trip, I tipped the driver because despite it being a very disappointing trip, I felt it was appropriate to tip him. Only to find out that the company had already charged me $ 200 for a gratuity. When I talked to the company, I was told that it is their policy that the driver does not collect any money for the trip.
The person I talked to was less then helpful and when I asked him for his name so I could complain further up the chain, he was hesitant to give his name.
I would never use this company again and anyone who was thinking about using them should re-​think.
