I cannot speak highly enough of Juan Gonzalez and Real Estate eBroker Inc. Buying a house is a very stressful experience. I have heard from friends and family members about their experiences in dealing with the industry and the problems and pitfalls they fell into. My fiancé and I had our initial reservations about the process. However, from our first meeting and conversation with Juan, I knew that we were in great hands and that he had our best interests in mind.
As a first-​time home owner, having Juan help us and guide us through the process made it so much easier to manage. He was knowledgeable about the area and asked us all the right questions to get to know us and to get us started. He took our «wish list» and really tried to present us with all the options that met our needs. He was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with all of our questions and concerns and was always focused on making sure we got what we wanted. Juan was extremely thorough and made sure we had all the information we needed, at each step, to make educated decisions throughout the buying process. He was extremely quick and responsive via email, text, and phone, and always made us feel like he was available if there was anything we needed.

What I love about Juan is that he understands what his clients want. He really listened to what we were interested in and made sure we were truly happy. He definitely is a guy that relates to his clients needs. At the beginning he showed us a few homes that were different in many ways to see if he can get an idea of what we had in mind. What I did love about Juan was that not only was he a great realtor but he was also a great honest guy. First home we looked at I fell in love with and I was ready to sign. As we walked through the property I saw it needed some work but I was fine with it. After the walk through he said «it looks like you have your heart set on it but I do see this house needs a lot of work. My opinion on it I wouldn’t take this home because of the work needed it will not be worth your time» at that moment I realized he wasn’t there to get commission he wasn’t there to sell me a house he was there to sell me a home and to create memories with my family. He was the best choice in a realtor that we had ever made. Juan helped out when we didn’t understand he sure took time out of his life to help us find our homes do understand great quality in a house. May of 2012 we got our First keys to the house we know call home and because of Juan I am so glad we didn’t sign that first house. Juan Gonzalez is the realtor I would send friends and family in heart beat when they are ready to buy.
