First off I wanna say that the new manager is amazing and the only reason I am happy leaving this store. I came into the journeys trying to find a quick birthday gift for my brother and the girl in the front, short with curly brown hair, barely acknowledged me and when I asked for help was rude and disrespectful. I was getting really annoyed but Sara came over and showed me some great pairs of shoes, I ended up leaving with a birthday gift and something for myself.

Love this place. Came here on a busy day and a young lady I believe she was manager on duty help me out. (Burgundy). She assisted me on choosing what was in style and that just made life so much easier for me lol. Awesome service and the staff here are very helpful. Did all my Christmas shopping here and the deals here are awesome:)

These employees are so lazy. I went there this past Saturday around 7pm in search for shoes for my daughter. There were at least 6 employees just sitting around, talking. The store was empty, besides my boyfriend and I. They didn’t have my daughters size so I asked them to call another store. I had no idea why it was taking so long, so after 10 minutes I stood up and one of them said «She (pointing to another girl) is going to call.» Like, really?! There’s 6 of you just sitting around doing nothing and 1 of you couldn’t call??? I said I’d call myself and left the store. I’m wondering why they would hire these kids to just stand around?

I ordered a pair of shoes here in Feb 2015… the wrong size of shoes were mailed to me…(one 6 and one 7… in the same box… think of productivity $ wasted on this company!)
I do not blame Amazon or Zappos for taking over the world with mediocre stores like this one!!!
I will never buy one pair of anything here!

i really enjoy shopping at journey’s but on this paticular day i guess it was «let’s dance» kind of day.
i came with my family to find some shoes for my niece but i guess both of the ladies were a little to into their music that day. the cashier was singing while ringing up a customer the other one was snacking on a bag of chips and showing us her latest dances moves. i guess after she was done she deicides to come over to greet us «did you needs some help» of couse i told her «are you ready «? i use to work in the mall so i know a lot of the employees are young but one thing i know is that you must always greet a customer when they enter the place of business.

It’s pretty much your standard Journey’s. good selection of shoes, shirts, socks, etc.
I came in here one day just to price check some Chucks I wanted to buy.
When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by this one gentleman. I was pleasantly surprised because there was no one in the store and he was waiting patiently for customers to walk in. He was very polite and helpful and wasn’t following me around the store. He kept his distance but was there when I needed him to check if they had my size.
He was really friendly and the price of the shoes were the same, so I went ahead and just bought them here! If I ever have to go back for another pair of Chucks, I’ll definitely stop by here!

I was at the mall for something other than shoes, but walked passed this place and seen they had some Converse. I purchased my
All-​Stars which were black and white, of course with some black laces I had to throw in and pay for (no prob).
The prices were reasonable and the staff was nice and helpful.
Interesting selection of shoes they have.

The staff’s pretty nice, and they’ve always had my size. I love the store– just wish they had a bigger selection of flats!
