I stumbled upon Furniture Gallery while I was trying to furnish a 4-​bedroom house. The quality of the furniture is great and they’ve got a variety to choose from. I may not have furnished the whole 2,700 sq. ft. but I filled it up good enough.
I the price was reasonable and I received a lot of great deals/​incentives plus free delivery to a really far location.
I always recommend this place to people who are looking to furnish their place with reasonable prices.

According to signs on the store’s door this place stopped trading yesturday.
Don’t know who Ruba J dealt with but I didn’t encounter any rude staff members. They were all really friendly and helpful.

Couch came at the time they said it would come. They unpacked it, put it where I want, and did it all very quickly. Couch was exactly how I expected. It is a good size, and it is very comfy. Definitely would buy a couch from them again :)

It’s a big warehouse full of contemporary (not futuristic) furniture pieces. It’s normal every day stuff and it’s all good looking pieces. Quality is not high end, but within the mid-​range quality. We got a GREAT deal on a couch. It’s Memorial Day weekend sale and all their prices are slashed (like 30−50%) and if you’re up for it, you can try to negotiate the price even lower. The fellow that was working with us, Jim, was very accommodating even willing to deliver to us in Sunnyvale. (I think Palo Alto is usually as far south as they go.) Delivery fee was more than reasonable too. I will probably have to update this review about their delivery service in about a week, when our furniture arrives.
In a nutshell: decent selection, decent quality, great price, good service. We were very pleased.
Also, note that 1600 El Camino Real is no longer their address. They are down the street at 601 El Camino Real.

This company is solid and professional. The sales team are helpful and do not push the customers or play games. Prices are fair. When the furniture is delivered, one finds it was made in Vietnam. The quality is a wonderful surprise. Deliveries are also well done.

Not the greatest showroom in the world, but they have a few pieces that usually you cant find in many other vietnamese furniture stores. Delivery was within the timeframe promised and the two guys set everything up quickly.
Note they are willing to negotiate prices with you. A pretty solid deal after all the haggling if you ask me.

Admittedly there are some things in here you’re going to find elsewhere for alot more money. If you find that item, then you’ve won.
The problem is then finding that piece of furniture in this jungle of furniture.
I think there sofa selection is pretty good, but their bedroom set selection is not that extensive, and neither is their dining room selection.
But if you aren’t that picky you could be happy and walk out with all new furniture that is modern and a ton cheaper than anywhere else.
I am picky though, I only found a sofa that I liked there. The bedroom sets were okay, but nothing that I was in love with.

I came in just «looking» for a new sofa. Yeah, just looking, right.
Last Sunday afternoon I had lunch with my parents, after lunch I suggested that we stop by this place because I had heard they were closing and had some really great bargains. So off we went and there were indeed good deals to be had.
We wandered around, sat on a bunch of sofas but then we happened past a dining room table, a gorgeous dining room table. But we walked away, after all, I was looking for sofas and they were not looking for anything at all. So we walked and sat some more, found another possibility for my living room, decided to walk back to compare it against the sofa and love seat I liked from the front of the store.
On our way we past a bedroom set. For the past ten years (and I am not even exaggerating about that) my parents have been complaining about how much they hate their bedroom furniture, but they look and look and never find any thing they like, but this set was really nice. It had lots drawers, it was pretty, it was the right size and the right finish on the wood, it was great.
But remember, they had not come in looking to buy anything, and I had come only to look. You can guess what happened next. Of course because they are closing and because we bought a ton of stuff we got a really great deal, so that makes it ok, right?
One of the owners told me that they may relocate some where, and I sure hope they do, because this is a really good place.

I was in need for a living room set dinette and bedroom set. I first went to House of Values in San Mateo, they were nice, but I’m not picky so i didn’t want to wait for up to 3 weeks for delivery. I went to this store on a Tues. and had my furniture delivered the following Monday. I liked the furniture and the prices were great, I got what I needed and delivery for $ 1800.
Vietnamese or not they gave me great service.

Turns out my quest for a sofa ended after my first stop. Tucked away in the back of this unassuming furniture shop was a modern, black leather, three-​piece sofa set, easily something you could find at a name brand shop like eq3 at a more affordable price.
I came here with my mom after having some dim sum. Initially, I wanted to pass this place up and head down to Scandinavian Designs. But she insisted, so we made the stop. Mom’s always right. We were welcomed by Leon, the owner, who despite the mean ass tat on his arm, was friendly and accomodating.
The sofa we ended up getting was originally priced at $ 1799, but was on sale for $ 1299. I only needed the love seat and the sofa, so he dropped the price further. And from there, we were able to work it down a bit further. I don’t want to say how much we got it for, but I will say that it was a pretty sweet deal.
The major problem I have with this place is the style – not my taste – I’m guessing it caters more towards the local demographic. If it had more stuff similar to what I got, however, I’d be in there everyday. If you’re in the area, and you’re looking for some new furniture, I’d definitely say Furniture Gallery is a place worth checking out.

went back to pay some more deposit. nudge him a little bit, add a new deal. WHOA we are good. he’s nice enough to negotiate til we are happy. so far, still a happy camper. i still need bed, couch, and some more stuff. will update Unilocalers later when i get my furniture
