I ordered 3 kids meals that are supposed to come with Oreos and they ran out. Should have told me before I ordered! That’s what my kids were looking forward to. Anyways, the lady acted like it was no big deal and didn’t give a discount or anything. When I pay $ 6.50 for a kids meal, I expect it to have all the components.

I would have given this place a 4-​star rating if it weren’t for the fact that they didn’t have any malt vinegar to put on the sandwiches. Don’t they know that’s the secret sauce?! Even the owner nonchalantly said they didn’t have any vinegar as if this particular Charley’s never offered it as a condiment.

to sum my experience up in one word: disappointing. ordered the chicken Philly with no bell peppers & ended up with a Philly cheesesteak with everything on it. How do you manage to screw up so bad?! Also tried the bacon cheese fries and it was just soggy fries drenched in nacho cheese with a couple pieces of bacon on top. I know you can’t expect much from food court meals but really? I’m never eating here again

This place is okay for a cheesesteak place within the mall. It’s mall food, you can’t expect much. I got the large Philly cheesesteak which was very filling. The only part that ruined the sandwich for me was the lettuce that tasted bland and not fresh. Unlike the other reviews, my food was hot when I received it. Cindy was very helpful and had a pleasant smile.

Charley, I don’t know who you are, but I HATE your cheesesteak and your skimpy portions.
My cold bread was covered in mayonnaise and I literally had to pick apart my sandwich to find any chicken in it.
And look at the fries they gave me. It’s like they were eating it before they served it to me.
I complained to the cashier who said I had to call their crappy service number on my receipt.
Seriously, with so many options in the food court, this should be one of your LAST choices.

Tried this place for lunch at the food court. I ordered the chicken Philly with less mayo so it’s not dripping with it. I was observing the people making the sandwiches and for those with full on mayo, they took a bottle and literally sprayed mayo on that poor bun. For light mayo, they used a knife to spread a thin layer.
Sandwich was dripping wet when I opened the pkg. The fries were undercooked. How can you screw that up? Also, the fountain drink was surprisingly bland. What did they do with the syrup.
One and done. Not coming back here again.

WTF?!? This is not a Philly Cheese Steak! This is not even a good sandwich, period!
Lettuce, tomato and mayo on a cheesesteak?!?
This franchise has obviously never been near Philly, or even east of Livermore! Just because you have bread, some meat and provolone cheese (really?!?) does not give you the right to proclaim your sandwich as a Philly Cheesesteak! No pizza sauce, no cheese whiz, no mushrooms, WTF?!?

If i could give negative stars i would. last night i ordered the philly chessesteak combo. my order was a disgrace to the philly steak. it was under cooked and covered in MAYO!!! who puts mayo in a phillysteak? and yes it was mayo and not provolone, i asked a few people to make sure i wasnt crazy. i only ate not even half of my order and within hours I was vomiting. I know it was the sandwichs fault because i did not eat anything before it or after it.
i know this charleys just recently opened but i think the cook and prep staff need to re train on cooking up menu items.
i will file my complaint on monday with the corporate site.

My chicken philly with fries was so good. I ordered right before 9pm not much of a line to wait in. My food was made to order hot and on point for the price.

If you’re a robot and you love bolts in your sandwiches, you’re gonna love this place!
I had a sandwich and I literally found a bolt. I went to them and they gave me a free salad and sandwich. It still wasn’t worth it because I experienced internal pain in my mouth… and my heart. I came in hungry and left broken.
One star but should be less than one.
