Wok ‘N Grill

Probably one of the worst Chinese food I’ve had. Should have known. Not a single Chinese person eating or working… not even Asian. And my White co-​worker is the one that said it! But hey, PF Changs and Dumpling places in LA have non-​Asian cooks too so I’ll give it a try. Thought it would be cool cuz they had burgers and shakes there too. Looked at the board menu and asked for a smoothie with my 2 item combo. «Sorry, no smoothies». Ok, what about a shake. «No shakes either». Ok… looking at the big window sign with $ 1 Ice Tea… How about an ice tea? «No, sorry. We don’t have that.» Laughing… ok, how about a hot tea cuz that IS what Chinese food is normally served with. «No». What do you have? «Just those drinks there» and she pointed and didn’t even say the name of the drinks. Me and my co-​worker just laughed and she gave us a stern look and didn’t see any humor in it. Ok whatever. Maybe the food will be better. Mind you, this is 11AM so the food should be fresh for lunch. The fried rice was dry and hard. The beef in the broccoli beef was cold and when i unfolded one of the beef that was curled, it was still raw! I showed the cook that the beef was raw. He looked at me and offered me more. NO, I don’t want MORE raw beef. You need to cook it before you make people that order it sick and not let the heat lamp thaw it out! When you see Wok ‘n Grill … just Wok Away!

The food here was so disgusting… everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and literally every piece of chicken had slimy fat on it. The staff absolutely doesn’t give a shit… my friend got a cheese burger and it was pathetic. could have gone to mcdonalds and gotten something better… overall quality control is what the issue here. the price of food was just like anywhere else but honestly way better

Came because I heard this place was semi-​good lol I went through the drive tru waiting time was fast. My food was Luke warm. My noodles were too thick for my taste. I ended up eating only ¼ of the bowel. I’m really picky about my Chinese food though. Some might like it. Next time I will order the rice instead of noodles now I know that I don’t like them. I didn’t want to rate them lower than three because they are just basic in taste. Just because I didn’t like the noodles personally I can see other people liking them. I also had the jalapeño chicken and it was I’d say 3 stars. It had a lot of chicken fat in it. Very low quality. It was ⁴⁄₁₀ spicy for my fellow spicy lovers. I also had the egg rolls and it was very tasty! Except the sweet and sour tasted like straight water. I could barely taste any flavor to it. Drinks are 1 dollar for any size! I bought the large and it was like a McDonald’s medium. Oh my bowel was only 1.99 for one item and rice or noodles. I will upload a pic of the rice bowel once I come back. I’m going to give them one more chance. Will see how long that takes.

Not great, but you get what you pay for. Prices are pretty low, that’s the main reason people eat here.

This place has a wide variety of food ranging from Chinese food, burgers, fish tacos, & taquitos. I was very pleased with the quality, taste, and cleanliness of the restaurant despite the area. I ordered a fish sandwich combo and it’s one of the better ones I’ve had (see attached photo). Lastly the customer service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to folks in the area looking for a good value and great tasting food.

Shockingly good. I visited this place instead of getting my regular burger King and got the 1 item bowl. All the food was cooked perfectly and the chicken was top quality. For cheap Chinese I expected grimey fat chicken but I got the good stuff. Highly recommended, and best of all it was cheaper than most fast food I’ve had recently! The owner was even in the store working which is a good sign that means he takes pride in his business. Try the siracha sauce on your Chinese food you’ll freak out at how good it is.

The owner is super cool and majority of the food are halal, for example the Chinese food. The Philly cheesesteak is super delicious!!! And the 1.99 one item bowl has really great value. The place is clean and the service is great. I’d definitely come back!!!

Went in a few days ago and food was good I came back today 11÷11÷14 and it’s still good i had the $ 1.99

This place is so unorganized they dont have most of the food they post on the menu! Like i ordered chili cheese fries but 10 mins later they told me they dont have it like wtf. Also dont buy the ice coffe over there because it went bad like expired bad it was soo bad even one of the employes couldnt take a sip. The orders took about 20 mins to get done but the food was ok. There needs to be better management, the employes doesnt really care once they are off to a lunch break. the place is usually empty. This review is coming from a 16 year old kid

They have everything! I got chinese, the best I’ve ever gotten out of a drivr-​thru amd out of San Bernardino. Lol. My bf got a chicken sandwich and a pastrami sandwich. Both where kinda messy, the chicken was great but the pastrami wasn’t. You may have to wait a bit in the drive-​thru, not too long. We will go back to try something else.

What a joke! Don’t try to special order because they don’t know how to cook it! Ended up getting and refund and leaving!

This place used to be one of my favorites, but today just went bad. They don’t display the cost of the food anymore and theres no receipt given, so its confusing. It took 15 – 20 minutes to get our order, a double cheese burger combo, philly cheesesteak combo, and zucchini sticks, but we were missing one of the fries when we got it. When I took a bite into my burger, both of the patties were pinkish red on most spots of it, and at that moment my friend and I just got a refund and went to eat somewhere else. Customer service used to be so good, but over time its gotten worse and worse and most of the workers just stand around with no clue what to do, needs better management. When I do come back to here, which will probably be in a long time, I hope it will be as good as it was before. The Chinese food is still one of the decent things left.

Is it the best? Not sure yet, but it is great! Egg rolls are the BEST here for sure. Prices are the BEST here too. The food is great. I’ve eaten here about a dozen times and have never gotten sick. Customer service is #1 and that’s hard to find in these parts of San Bernardino so when you come across great customer service its hard not to give 5 stars. Dine-​in or take-​out its enjoyable always. I think this is what I’m going to have for lunch today, a $ 2.99 1 item bowl. Drive-​thru needs to be updated but it gets the job done if you already know what you want. These pictures are out dated.

It’s close to work and it’s about the only Halal place in the area so here I am. This place is pretty decent despite the crackhead infested area it’s in. Definitely not glamorous but I am brave and I will drive through the ghetto in search of a meal when the huger pangs strike. I come here as I said because it is Halal and the owner is pretty nice. I have had several items which have been either OK or pretty good. Today I had the Gyro, it was very tasty! The steak is sliced paper thin and paper thin cut steak is usually not good unless it’s in a Gyro or Vietnamese sandwich in which case it is excellent! I probably wouldn’t come here at night because of the area, brave as I am but in the daytime you’ll feel safe because there are cops driving by every 2 minutes.

So happy to have found this place! Food was very good (had the Chinese) and tasted very fresh. From what I have read it is also Halal and Kosher. Love love love the chow main, orange chicken, and the real ice cream shakes were some of the best I’ve tasted! Very friendly staff, but if you are going to use the drive through, be warned… it is quite a wait, but the fresh and delicious food is worth it in my opinion. Try it and you won’t be sorry!!!

My husband and I ordered at the drive through last night and I got the beef broccoli bowl meal he had a 2 item plate and we ordered 2 drinks… the person taking the order had a hard time getting it right, no problem we talked it through, we were cordial. We get our order and start taking off, great no forks. Pull over and go inside to get the forks, ok annoying. No! This was the heavens telling me not to eat there! I took a few bites and saved the rest for lunch the next day. The next day for lunch i warmed up my bowl and while I was eating towards the bottom in the rice there was a wadded up piece of napkin/​toilet paper ! Most disgusting experience ever. I am contacting health dept. nasty.

This place is awesome. I come here all the time. There is such a huge menu and the prices are incredible. Come here with 3 bucks and walk out stuffed. They have burgers, sandwiches, Chinese food, and so many other things that can’t all be listed. The best part is that everything on the menu is 100% Halal! Takbir!!!

Really good food!
I just had the BBQ Pork. it goes good with the chow mein or rice.
I must say though, their chow mein is D-​Lish-​us! It’s the thick noodles, I prefer it and if u like the thick noodles too then you’ll love it here, so much flavor.
I tried the orange chicken, delicious as well. They pack on a lot of flavor in their chicken I’ve noticed.
Also a recommendation, shrimp fried rice. Good stuff here.

Really good food, excellent prices, and halal as well.
On separate occasions I’ve tried the Philly cheesesteak, a chow mein bowl with orange chicken, and a burger, all very delicious. The one-​item bowls are 2.50 so now it’s my go to for chinese fast food.
