Seriously this is the worst pharmacy ever. She told me «7 minutes» and I’ve been sitting here over an hour. Then when I said something, they clearly hadn’t been working on it… so they said «Sorry…10 min.» That was about 25 min. ago. I already called in late to work. I’m gonna have to leave it here and still be late – for nothing.
Every. Single. Time. I stop les comjng here, but my mom didn’t know how bad it was and put my brothers prescription here anyway. Guess he doesn’t need his medicine today.
I feel like exploding.

Pharmacy is a nightmare and they totally violate HIPPA when they handle things. You should have the option of submitting things to insurance if it gets denied at first or pay. They make you go without medications and submit it anyway without your permission. I had a meltdown when they wouldn’t give me my medication, and had to wait the 7 days without it. they said it would take 7 days to get approval, with I had simply used more than my insurance approves of prescriptions per month… Since I had just had an emergency c section and was on 2 different BP meds and other post op medications. Then you have to start treatment of your medication all over again. Fun fun
Walgreens in General is shady, I had 15 pain pills missing from my scribe when I was post op for spine surgery… I went without pain meds for 3 days because someone in the pharmacy is a thief.

I dropped off my prescriptions for my son and was told that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I took over 1 hour to fill my order. I’m never going back to this drug store. This store is also located in a high crime rated neighborhood. «San Bernardino» do I need say more?
