The air-​conditioning wasn’t working in the store on a hot summer day. You can’t expect customers to tolerate an uncomfortably hot store. The staff didn’t bother to keep the front door open to at least have some airflow. There was a girl sleeping on the customer sofa. The hardware selection was very poor. The juice selection was definitely focused on dripping, not tanks. That was OK for me but makes it hard to recommend for novices. The staff was definitely focused on dripping with mech mods. They were friendly and helpful, so I’ll give them credit for that. I will revisit the shop and improve the rating if the A/​C is working properly and the place isn’t being used as a crash pad, since management can fix these problems.

I’ve only bought liquids here. My go to shop that is not far from my home. I’ve been to others and compared to those places Vapor Palace prices on juice is very reasonable. Plus they have various deals/​specials on social media. Great shop, very helpful and they suport local artist.
