Sparkletts Water

Worst company do TRY to do business with that I’ve ever encountered. I dare you to try to get anyone with any intelligence and authority to help you.
Costco needs to disassociate themselves from these incompetent people! Have had their «service» for a year and nothing but problems from delivery to billing to customer «service». They have a lot of nerve to claim otherwise. Avoid the headache if you can.

Area serviced is Ontario and service stinks. I am sorry customer service for the poor review, but due to the level of service from Mr. Hernandez and routing team you’re going to receive a negative review.
20 year customer just cancelled their services because Sparkletts could not get their business needs together. My deliveries stopped and calls to customer service were handled with superior quality. However, once customer service turned the level of service to the actual person responsible for the deliveries, Mr. Hernandez himself and team, this is when Sparkletts water wore me out. –The customer should not have to fight to get someone to do do their job correctly.
The driver is somewhat to blame as well since he’s responsible for the actual delivery. From my understanding this driver, Daniel was switched with our current driver and he is partly responsible for me cancelling my services with Sparkletts. Daniel could have left notes on my door as the previous driver did. Daniel could have help rectify the situation by doing what he was told, call my cell because I am not at home.
Overall, issue was started from Sparkletts not supplying a 2 liter bottle. Since they now supply a 1.5 liter bottle this is where things went sour. I cannot understand how and why management would look the other way or not take to understand the needs of their customers. Returning a call, or trying to make the situation right would have been well appreciated, but instead Mr. Hernandez decided to let this customer go.
Negative review Sparkletts water (DS Water of America)!

Great customer service. I’ve been using them for about two years. I noticed there had been a billing issue, and when I called they immediately billed me back. Most companies these days would blame the customer and get around the mistake, but Sparkletts was apologetic and gracious. I’m not one for Unilocal reviews, but their integrity as a company in this situation really impressed me. On top of this, the water is great, their delivery has always been on time and their employees know what they’re doing. Thanks Sparkletts!
