Good customer service. Jose ordered the part and kept in touch with me because the factory was on back order. Im a teacher so I cant leave my computer in a shop long. I dropped it off when the part came in and did some errands. It was done before I finished. Works Great. Thanks a million!

I took in my computer that someone had given me and it needed a lot of work to be done and some upgrade, Jose was very quick to jump on the problem to repair and upgrade it. when I got the computer back the first time it wasn’t working well but when I called Jose he didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it back so he can fix it again, no hesitation at all, when I brought the computer back for the second time he worked countless hours to repair the problem at no extra charge nor did he give me the run around, Every single time I called him he always picked up and made time to talk to me. He explained to me the problem, educated me on computers, fixed it and brought it home and works just perfect. I would truly recommend him to anyone and will be returning if I ever need his service again.

Can’t say enough about Jose and his ability to make a customer happy. Had issues with my Dell tower and within a short time, I was back in business. Purchased a laptop that I now use as backup when the Dell is feeling like it doesn’t want to do its work.
Had printer problem at home and Jose made a home call, took a very short time and I was in business again with both the tower and laptop printing problem. His fee is so reasonable in comparison to the two other quotes (about 60% less than the ‘big box’ guys) I received. He was on time and on task!
Also helped with my S/O’s device and was very prompt about it with little cost involved. Glad that I stopped in to his shop. Highly recommend his services to anyone that has need of service on their computer or device. Thank you, Jose!

Restart computer repair is the only place I will take my computer for a repair. Jose is very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and his service is very fair priced. I had my laptop fixed twice by Jose. The first time was last year and second time was last month, and I must say that I’m really satisfied with the service. Tge service was fast and he charged us cheap compared to other shops that I’ve inquired.
