Pizza House

The pizza I thought was good my husband thought different but the kids had fun and the price for everything was not bad the buffalo wings where not that good because they are served with no sauce and they give you the sauce on the side the games are very outdated!!!

***Eater Beware*** Worst possible customer service! Having a girls softball pizza party and the owner is going around harassing people. Telling the kids they can’t play the games anymore because they are winning to much! What the??? Telling parents that paid for their own food that they have to only sit where the team is at! Keep in mind they are paying customers! And to top it all off, the pizza is not even that great! See video!

Lets get the obvious out of the way. People dont come here for the best food in the world. They come here for the value. This place is easy on the wallet for Parties, dinner with the kids, or a ballgame with a pitcher of beer and some grub. Two big screen TVs are always on, with some game always playing. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and Ive only been truly disappointed once.
That one time was when they came out with a «Spicy Pizza» that was SO spicy, it had a table full of Mexicans sweating and hiccuping. I dont know if they even offer it anymore.
The pizza is OK. Low price. Not enough cheese, but you get what you pay for. Order extra cheese as a topping and it improves in a big way.
The Wings are good. Get them plain w/​sauce on the side or they will get soggy.
The Onion Rings are great! Ask for ranch.
Pitchers of soda and beer are a great value. Ask for low ice so as not to get more ice than soda.
The Cheesy Bread is good.
The gameroom occupies the kids. Just watch for riff-​raff entering to play pool. Keep an eye on them. A lot of the games dont work, but those games suck anyways. Skee-​Ball lovers will like this spot. Escort your children to the bathrooms, they are gross. Looks like a perfect place to have a coat-​hanger abortion.
Dont leave your food out for too long while your in the gameroom. One time they threw my food and drink away, thinking I was gone. It was half a pizza and half a pitcher of Pink Lemonade; they apologized and made me a fresh pizza and replaced my pitcher, classy move guys.
The service is nice, especially to us regulars.
The ticket prizes are a bit odd, and pricey. Cheesy swap-​meet fare.
Try to park your car in view of the inside of the restaurant, this is the ‘hood after all.

Pizza is not the best but the prices are great have had some hot beer too bad there so close wings are great nice tv screens and games for the kids

Very disappointed! The pizza had little cheese. Flies, dirty games, half of them didn’t even work. The site hockey was so full of dirty it didn’t even glide. The amount of tickets needed to get a prize is ridiculous. It took over 30 minutes to get my order. They gave me my pitcher of soda first with ice inside that melted, then, when I asked for more ice they told me I had to pay for it. I asked for no sauce on chicken, they put sauce on the chicken then the guy in the back started yelling at the cashier for it, then he didn’t even try to correct the problem, he still sent it out to me. The metal fork they have me had old hard rice suck in it. How do you not see that! Everything came out separate, then they forgot one of my orders of wedges. The girl in the back tried to correct the problem and replaced it with something else. The manager was walking around but didn’t take any time to see if any of his customers were happy. Bad management. They really should read their reviews and try to fix these problems.
Also, no wifi, WHAT!

I’m a local, I’ve been going to this pizza place ever since it was called Pizza Chalet on Highland where the old Shakey’s used to be… It’s never disappointed me and it’s the only Pizza place that I know of where they have cashews as a topping option. The house special is a must and the wings are pretty good too… I always get a Jumbo sized pizza with cashews, pepperoni, pineapple, and mushrooms and it’s pretty decent size for a family of four. The atmosphere is pretty good too… It’s not too pricey and it beats the hell out of Pizza Hut and Dominos in my opinion… There’s games that the kids and adults can play, there’s some TV’s in there too so you can watch the games while you eat as well… All in all a good place to eat

The wings are good and the pizza is ok. They have tickets arcade games for kids but the prizes are unusual.

Don’t come right when it opens because you will be ignored. Came around 11am with the kids, took 5 minutes for them to take my order, they didn’t turn the machines for the kids to play for 15 minutes. I understand the place needs to get ready, but shouldnt’ that be done before you open?
The pizza is always good, that is no problem. But no one else was there and they were acting like giving the prizes to my kids for their tickets was a huge inconvenience. We were literally the only customers there, it was too much to help us? Food=A, Customer service=D

So we came here because of the reviews on Unilocal.This place is run down… The heavy set chola at the register is super friendly (sarcasm). San Bernardino’s finest that she is. I ordered a medium pizza, a sandwich, and hot wings. I asked for a ranch and she said 25 cents. Ok that’s fine, a lot of places do that. No free refills… Ok again, a lot

The big brother program. We just got back from a long hike, it’s extremely hot in this arm pit of a city. He is not wearing a shirt and there’s literally no other customers in here and the cholo from the out of the hood program tells him he needs to put a shirt on! He’s 8 years old… And no one else is here! Seriously what’s the issue. This place is far from anything fancy and they are lucky to have our business. The food is ok at best. Don’t bother coming here.

My boyfriend is a huge football fan. We’ve been here few times here and there for meals also just so he could watch football games and eat. I personally love their hot wings the most! they’re soooo delicious~ Their combination grinder sandwich is also something we’d get when we eat there, it’s fresh and the meat has a lot of flavor. The best part about it is that they’re not expensive at all! Highly recommend.
