They have pretty much every costume I could ever imagine. Plus decorations and other cool stuff. We go there on the regular. It’s fun and interesting to see what we could dress up as next!

Very helpful to have a costume store year around. The young lady helped me find just what I needed!

I happened to be in the Inland Empire and needed some costumes for a themed birthday party. They had a great selection of costumes, especially the pirate section, as that is what I was looking for. I bought myself and my husband each a costume, accessories to match and hats. They were a HUGE hit at the party. The store manger was very helpful and allowed us to try the costumes on over our clothes, which was helpful. Now that I know they are open all year long and not just seasonally I will for sure make the trip to visit this store again! Thank you Phantom Halloween for providing a wonderful experience.

Closed on a friday at 2pm even though the Unilocal claims it’s open. You just lost my business

After running around for hours trying to find a batman costume for my son, I decided to come here as a last resort. Luckily, I did find a batman costume, not the dark knight, but it will have to do. The cashier checked to see if all pieces were there and they were. But as soon as I got home we decided to try it on, and with further inspection I noticed that there were stains all over the costume like chocolate fingertips smothered all over the costume. I called them(2 hours later) and asked if I could just exchange it for the exact same costume with the receipt, being that I was JUST there and they said no. All I have to say is, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They charge more than other costume stores and the quality is cheaper.

I went and got my Halloween costume at this location… Not only did they not have a fitting room to try on the costumes before you purchase them, they only allow you to take it out n look at it. Then when you purchase the costume they tell you final sale. I picked out a costume thinking it was in good condition when I took it out of the package but when I came home n tried it on I discover a hole in the gloves that came with it. N a hole in the seem of the dress. This place has cheap costumes that are over priced n they say final sale cause they know they are cheap. Super disappointed this place has gone down since a couple years ago.

«Now open 7 days a week year round!» As the florescent signs on their windows advertise, as well as one old review on here I now find… I didn’t realize that 7 days a week was limited to Wednesday-Saturday. Thanks for allowing me to waste 20 miles of gasoline, however, I learned my lesson: don’t trust what is advertised when you drive by one day, actually do the research before you make a trip out because some places advertise wrong. I’m sure the customer service is great, and the quality of the items are awesome as some have reported; however, it is frustrating to hear from many others it’s open 7 days, see a sign on their door that says«we’re open» as well as window paint claiming their open to find out they are CLOSED. Wouldn’t mind so much if they didn’t have a brightly painted advertisement of, «7 days a week» and«open year round». I understand the business aspect of being closed as well… still disappointed… maybe they were being festive by playing, «trick or treat»…sadly, we were tricked.

I have driven by this year round Halloween store for the last six months since it opened last season. I finally had some free time and was in the area, so I stopped in. The interior of the store was well organized. Every aisle was labeled by genre. Each section had men, women and childrens’ costumes. Although I don’t have little ones, I give Halloween Adventure Store a half a star for labeling the adult costume section because I know I wouldn’t want to explain the«The Little Man in the Boat» to a child. I also noticed and this one was a big one for me as I have worked in a «for the season» Halloween store, that there was a large variety in costumes. In my previous work experience we usually carried the classics(vampire, cowboy, clown) and the new hot items(Jersey Shore, Lady Gaga). It also appeared but I didn’t flip through each costume that there were multiple sizes. This was a problem at the store I worked in especially for the men’s costumes. We were sent 70−80% XXL super hero costumes that you had to be the size of a defensive linebacker to wear. Lots of lost revenue there because if guys are going to buy muscles they want to look fantastic, not like they are wearing their older brother’s hand me downs. The one employee working the floor when I wandered in introduced herself and was working the floor. She didn’t ignore the customers even though we were all lookie loos and let me know about coupons they would likely have the closer it got to All Hallows Eve. Not a bad shop but make sure if you buy a costume that you are set on it because there are no refunds and exchanges only till a certain date. I would hope that as October approached they would get more inflatables and lawn displays since not everyone enjoys dressing up but at a bare minimum will decorate the front of their abode.
