One long night I’ll never forget. One of the first high energy raging raves I’ve ever been to. One Nocturnal Wonderland 2013. Its capacity at San Manuel park collects the most interesting people from around the world. Most are smaller and bring in thousands, while some like this one attract hundreds of thousands to one location for a night of enthralling and mesmerizing sounds. These events are a concentrated population of individuals with one purpose and for ONE goal. That my friend is to experience phenomenal music with heightened visual effects and the appreciation of perplex sound engineering. This was my first time to San Manuel Amphitheater. What this venue’s private fields do is enclose you within the reservation and really puts you in a place where you feel like you are in fact in the middle of no where. The overall experience was more than I could bargain for. Personally I couldn’t go more than once a year. It’s puzzling how some do. For all the fun I had, it took one week to recover. Still and all, I’m ecstatic I got to hear BOOMN beats and bounce by sounds of EDX, Bro Safari, Krewella, Kill the Noise, Fatboy Slim, Carnage, Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin, and Porter Robinson. I feel like I’ve been supporting talented DJs since I can remember and being in such a huge arena with positive-vibe strangers, it was all too exciting to intake those lasting hours of the night. The carnival rides and free water added a nice touch. Insomniac events could do much better by organizing the entrance and exit situation, as well as obtaining Will Call tix. Other than that– once you were in, nothing else mattered. Unforgettable moment of the night for me was when EDX was beastly and dumped Summertime Sadness on the crowd. What it feels like to be amongst a wave of thousands all sharing one great moment? Priceless.

Stinky people… mostly on drugs, lookin like total ass bags… never again. This morning was hilarious though… watching all the losers look for their cars, get in them, drive away and NOT get pulled over for driving under the influence. Hello population control. Thank you for doing your part.
