Clean and organized. I’ve been here a few times and each time the store has been well lighted and clean. I gave it only 4 stars due to pricing being a little more than I’d like to see on some items. That’s not a knock on this store specifically that’s just Marshals. Staff has also been friendly and helpful. Sure, the location of the store is not Redlands or Rancho Cucamonga, but it’s a great store for the local community and worth supporting if you’re in the area. And again, it’s actually a nice store!

I purchased some wireless headphones from here a few weeks ago and when the charging port broke, the store manager Arelene was very helpful and let me get store credit without the original sticker price tag or receipt. Thank you Arelene.

Being located in San Bernardino this might keep the polite crowd away, but over the years I have scored some finds in the ghetto. The area is sketchy, but if you can handle that, take your chances on obtainng something special. In the past I found the kitchen section to be my highest yield for good quality pots and pans, as well as knick knacks. Since the opening of a Marshall’s in Redlands, I have marked a decline in the top name brand stock of stores in less affluent zip codes.

This place is in the ghetto so don’t get ur hopes up about anything here, employee of the year goes to the fat chick at the register with the black long sleeve scull shirt who decided after ringing up one customer to walk back out to the floor when there were 3 other people in line, her other fat co-worker was like wtf was that and I agreed with her that was some odd siht she apologized and rang me up, don’t go out of your way to come here ghetto people and dirty clothes take the freeway 215 south(the entrance is literally 3 min away) then take 10 east and go to the one in Redlands off Alabama way worth the drive

This Marshalls is disgusting! Straight ghetto, dark, grimy, stuff everywhere and after smelling seriously dirty diaper for a minute I just had to walk out. Gross, this is exactly why I avoided Marshalls in the past. They have so many nice locations nearby like in Redlands, this one is in dear need of a tear down and start over!

OK, I grew up in SB, but it doesn’t mean I want to go back there… I do however go to this Marshalls over the one in redlands now. I have scored some awesome finds here! * Natures Gate Face wash and Toner! *Giovanni’s giant bottles of shampoo and conditioner! It’s nice to have some cruelty free options where you don’t expect it! good for the animals and my wallet :0 I also found an awesome little olive oil spritzer for $ 2!!!

After reading Foodie F.‘s review of the Chino Hills location, I thought I’d take a chance with this location to scout out that cast iron skillet pan for deep dish pizza, and SCORE! There it was on the shelf next to a giant one. But I found it AFTER I went bizzerk in the shoe section. Another SCORE! This place had multiple pairs of great shoes in my size(e.g. freakishly small). So I adopted several. If I post my pics successfully, you will see those who were willing to pose. I also picked up some nice shirts for work. Took awhile to get through the cash register because the associate was trying to multi-task(answer phones, looking through layaways, give someone a bag, ask who’s dog is that?!). She didn’t do it so well and it was a little annoying, but worth it because of the excellent prices. Fantastic first trip to this location. I will be back!
