Lucky Nails & Spa

This is my favorite nail shop. Family owned which makes your experience even more enjoyable. They always take care of my needs, which is why I don’t mind being patient while they seat me. Every time i get my naila done at Lucky nails, i receive compliments from others on how beautiful they look. My mother, 2 sisters, and I come in at least once a month. I live in Hesperia and I travel all the way down to Lucky nails.

One star only because they attended to me quickly but I got gel nails here, it’s barely the 3^rd day and literally they’re looking like they need a fill already and getting stuck in my hair! Bad job. The woman who did my nails was also kind of rude. Not coming back again.

I broke my nail and really needed it fixed before I had to go to work. My normal nail lady was unavailable so I picked Lucky Nails off Unilocal.Came right when they opened. Got taken back right away. The guy was fast and did a great job. He cut them a little too short but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Would go back if I’m in a bind again!

I came to visit family down here and Unilocaled this place. First of all they have great customer service. I got a pedi and design. I also did paraffin wax on my hands. Next time I come I will definitely stop by…

I always come here because they are always so nice, do a great job, and they’re clean. which is a big plus. They also take walk-​ins which is much appreciated! Haven’t had a bad experience yet and I live right up the street :) definitely my go-​to.

First nail salon I’ve been to that isn’t rude customer service & the ladies doing your nails actually talk to you. They’re so nice here, there was a customer who was getting her nails done and her baby started crying so one of the girls that work here asked if she could take the baby and played with her while mommy was getting her nails done. If that isn’t good customer service i don’t know what is.

I’m so disappointed! Horrible service !! I don’t get my nails done very often and honestly expected more. This lady was more interested on her friend that walked in waiting than even doing my gel nails for graduation. I told her I wanted to keep then long and did what she thought looked better… What can I do now NOTHING but give a bad review hoping someone else won’t experience this terrible service… :(

I will not be going back. My experience here was not welcoming. I came in to get a full set done. First off, the place smelled terrible. I understand the smell was from outside but they left the door open the whole time. The reason why it bothered me so much was because of a couple of flies that were landing on me and even after obvious gestures of discomfort I made, no one really cared. Second, the lady burned me twice and cut me. Once during filing and then during the buffing. And lastly the polish was so bubbly. And since she used the same to coat, some of the glitter polish got on the matte. Definitely not worth the money I paid and to top it off, When I was done, still being polite, I said thank you and she she walked off. Seriously? Whatever. You live and you learn and this is definitely not a place I’ll be returning.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because they took me as a walk in last minutes, so I guess I appreciated that.

Very clean nail spa great for pedicures… they actually do disinfect all their tools & offer you a list of services and prices and you don’t feel like their just making them up as they go along… friendly staff nice and relaxing ambiance!!! They never rush n I Love their attention to detail.
