The only reason they are getting a star it’s because I HAVE to rate it! Guuuuirl let me tell you! First off I walk in there supper excited to get my eyelash extensions and meet the girl at the front she showed me a couple of pictures and 3 samples of their eyelashes. They had I asked to a «cat eye» small medium and large at the wing to get that look and asked for the human hair or the best they had she said ok this girl will help you… I walk to the back, they have me lay down and wait so the girl at the front hands this girl a ticket with instructions of what I want. So I lay there and wait and while getting this done I’m thinking wow I’m gonna get an amazing result! Not only did I almost pass out from the strong as fumes but at one point I felt like my eyelashes glue or what ever they use was burning my eye! Ooooch and you can’t even move because of course you don’t want her to mess up. When she was done I opened my eyes and this girl did not use the 3 lengths I requested!!! Ugh she used the same length from what I could see she said no I used 3 so what am I gonna do it’s already glued on– they were heavy and stiff beyond she put a sealant to make them water proof but they just made it supper shiny and beyond fake looking. It look like I had a fan omg they were horrible! And she placed it all the way in the inner corner so every time I blinked it would hurt! I asked her if that was normal she said I’m not used to them and that they would soften up in a few days. When I paid I asked the girl how much do I owe you and what type of eyelashes are these so I never get them again she said Oh those are synthetic WTF that’s not what I asked and that’s not the girl I spoke to when I came in. The girl I spoke to when I came in was young and sweet this one was old and bitchy! I’m like here’s your money and I ran out! 3 days later guess what? My eyelashes are conning off I rubbed my eye very gently and they started to lift! So last night I just started to pull them off! I know I know you are supposed to take them off with special treatments or oil but these came right off lol I was shocked there goes 42 $ down the drain in less than a week so last night I put all those eyelashes together side by side and they did not do the 3 lengths it was all the same. I forgot to take a pic last night I was so mad I flushed them and went to bed because my eyes itched like hell! the ONLY good thing in that place was the music.

It’s my 3^rd time I’m getting eye lashes with a bad history with them. Jamie, receptionist was able to give me detailed information r/​t various types of eye lashes and how they affect one’s eyes. The office is calm/​spacious and has a positive ambiance. And quite a bit of returning clients… Definitely worth it.

I go to the Loma Linda shop and have been very happy! I’m new to this process and learning each time. I’m blond w/​blue eyes and got brown the second time, x sm& sm. They look great!

I bought human hair and spent 50 dollars on my first set. They lasted 10 days. I figured it was because they were new so I got a «fill» and those lasted 3 days. When I called to tell them, I was told that if I didn’t come in that day it would be another 25 dollars so I did.
Overall I spent 75 dollars on one set of lashes they have been on 23 days and guess what… the right eye is hanging off again.
This place is clean and the people are nice. But they don’t stand behind their product. One would think if you paid more (as I did for the human hair they would last more than 23 days.
So this set of lashes cost me 75 dollars for 23 days.

My mother referred me to this location. I was really nervous at first because I naturally have really long lashes but wanted that extra umph! Right when you walk in you are greated by the most friendly receptionist! She walked me thru the process and made me feel right at home! On my next visit, she explained to me the woven process vs glue process and lets just say, I’ve never looked back!!! All the gals are so sweet and professional! I highly recommend this place!!! I’m a lifer!!!

I’ve been going to Johnnys Lashes for four years and I love my lashes. I get lots of compliments because they look sooooo natural. The people in there are so nice very professional and if you have any problems with your lashes within four days of getting them done go back and they will fix them free of charge, Loving it!!!

I have been going on and off for several years, I drive in from Palm Springs, today I saw ABBY… I am extremely fussy, and I can honestly say she was meticulous, outstanding, I walked out with lashes that looked natural and elegant. NO BAMBI LOOK… please try Abby she will do exactly what you want, I asked for medium mixed with short but more on the top of the eye to make my eyes pop, not the wings on the side, beautifully done. Johnny does a wonderful job and everyone of his employees are so pleasant.
FYI…his prices are so reasonable, wish he were in the desert. I called several places IN PALM DESERT AND RANCHO MIRAGE… STARTING PRICE IS 250.00 I’m sure they only do two or three clients a year, there is no difference, and I’m sure they wish they could do volume like Johnny

I drive 45 minutes from Palm Springs to get my lashes done and I always request Alexes. She is my favorite (plus she is a libra like me;-)) The drive is worth it because it’s sooo expensive in Palm Springs & they are good quality, sturdy & Beautiful lashes for such a reasonable price! Goodbye mascara. Hello pretty lashes! P. S. Get the butterfly lashes, short with threading.

Johnny’s offers both cluster & individual lashes. Johnny told me the individual lashes take more maintenance, so I have clusters. I prefer a more natural look and get a mix of short & Xshort, in silk. I also use gel pads, instead of the blue tape during application. The gel is cool and comes off the skin better. They take both appointments and walk-​ins. I never have time to be a walk-​in & wait, so I always make appointments. To get a new set, you need to arrive 15 minutes early for an appointment. I have learned that creating a good or natural ‘look’ all comes down to the technician. In the end, I now only have Johnny place lashes, due to consistency. He does rotate through all three stores. He usually sings when he applies lashes (which is entertaining), and has a great rapport with his employees. They are a relatively calm & quiet group.

I am overly satisfied, with my lash install. The young lady Ruby was very pleasant, and professional from start to finish. I arrived as a first time walk-​in, and will now be a devout customer. I live in NorCal, and unfortunately we don’t have a Johnny’s where I live; so I will be returning to add this to my list of services. I already drive six hours to get my hair done, and now will be driving six hours for my lash installation. I am big on customer service, and always tip according to how valued as a customer I feel. This location exceeded my expectations, all of the ladies were so professional, and you can tell they are a bonded group of professionals. Their interactions with one another were beyond professional, loving, and warm. Their work ethic was clearly evident. For the more natural look: I ask for the XS and S mixed and for only light mascara
For you sensitive eye ladies like me, I ask for the medical or sensitive glue and light mascara so your eyes won’t get bothered by it.
Johnny is really personable as well as the girls that work for him. I’ve been coming to Johnny almost since their grand opening and have always been more than satisfied with my lashes. I always get a ton of compliments too! I’m honestly shocked at the negative reviews but he obviously does a good job as they keep expanding! More satisfied customers should speak up! But seriously… love my lashes every time and my friends who come here too have been equally satisfied! :)

The first time I got my lashes done they looked amazing. Until TWO days later, they were already coming off. I went back but they were closed Sunday’s, so I wasn’t going to work looking like an idiot with half a lash so took them off myself and my lashes underneath came off also. I wasn’t given a stamp card since I paid with card (which was stupid) where they let me know I could’ve came back within four days to get them fixed. I gave them another chance and got them done again, and the same thing happened. I got them fixed and literally the next day they were coming off. So, I’m done with eyelash extensions. Pretty much a waste of time and money to be going back and forth to get them done.
