Inland Empire Lighthouse for the Blind

my niece was given a list of programs that assist the people in food, shelters, paying your utilities etc. So we took her client to the Lighthouse for the blind located at 359 Parkcenter street in San Bernardino Ca. 92 408 cause she is Blind and she was in need of some food, so we go inside to inquire about the Services before we take her client out of the car and ask the older lady who was sitting behind the counter knitting what is the requirements needed to receive service here she went onto say we don’t help your kind my niece said what do you mean my kind the older lady went onto say people off the street my niece my niece went onto say we are not off the street my client is in the car and I came in here to gather information for her and how dare you say something like that, Me I am in shock and aah Yikes to I just want to take her time card and punch her ass out and say you can take your ass Home the nerve of people. we ask to speak with someone else and she said that she was in charge and there no one else. I said that I cannot believe that someone would leave you in charge of there business and this is how you represent their company and that I am going to report you. Very very terrible customer service so if you are not white DO NOT GO THERE VERY RACIST. And the really sad part is her client was Persian so sad to have someone with that type of Demeanor to even have that type of position to be in charge of anything and I am going to report her cause I know she has a Boss and they need to know what this.
