Dental offices are scary… the smell and the sound. Today, I had to have deep root cleaning, and I have been worrying about it for weeks! The novocaine is not my favorite, but as long as you remember it is to make you comfortable, it’s not that bad! Once I got through the novocaine, I didn’t feel a thing! Kimberly, you are the best! I only want you, so if you ever leave, take me with you! Thanks again for your kindness and gentle workmanship. Seriously, ask for Kimberly!

Went to the arrowhead dental specialties attached to the same building and received terrible customer service every time I called and when I went it. The moment I called I felt extremely rushed off the phone and come to find out they didn’t even get the correct information. They called before my appt the wrong number and name. I never received the call obviously. Thankfully that person called them back to let them know so kept my appointment. I get there and they quote me a price that was completely incorrect because they didn’t take the time to look into the right insurance. They quoted $ 650 when it should have been $ 150. When I told them that wasn’t right at all, instead of looking into right away they argued with me and treated me like I was an idiot. Finally they looked into it and got in contact with my insurance a week later and I was right. No apologies or anything. Just bad customer service and seems they were more worried about getting money than customer service which is fine, I’ll be going back to my old dentist for sure.

My family and I love this place. I recently broke a front tooth crown and they got me in the same afternoon to fix it. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

Let me start by saying I love my dentist here, Dr Mackelmore, however, the good news stops there. Literally every single time I’ve come in (which has been about 5 times in the last 2 months) there is always something wrong with my appointment. Once it was cancelled without notifying me (and I live an hour away and had to get child care for each appointment), another time I was told it would be a 45 minute wait when it was actually 2 hours. Another I was given novocaine and waited in the chair more than 45 minutes for the dentist to come back. The doctor is very thorough but they are overbooking him every time. The appointments are never on time, always run much longer than anticipated, and I’ve had to come back 3 times to have a crown refit because it’s not done right. I’ve had to order two crowns, the first one of which had to be sent back twice and still isn’t perfect, and the second still hasn’t been fitted properly after 2 attempts, and we are on the third. With how much money I’m spending on a crown, I should hope they are correct the first or second, not having to come back a 3^rd time. Overall, very disappointed, every single time.

Dr. Boyd and his team of professionals are amazing! After being referred to a specialist my insurance wouldn’t cover, Dr. Boyd’s front office manager suggested I see him before paying out of pocket to see a specialist. Dr. Boyd reviewed my x-​rays, did an exam and then presented me with several treatment options. After being told by several other dentists I could not receive treatment from a general dentist due to a traumatic oral injury as a child, I was overjoyed to hear Dr. Boyd say he could not only help me but I had options! After some very easy and painless appointments, I now have my smile back. I cannot tell you how much this means to me. I haven’t allowed myself to show a full smile since I was a child. Thank you Dr. Boyd and your amazing team for giving me back my smile and my confidence!

I am not one to like the dentist, but this place was great! It was my first time here. The staff was so nice and friendly, the office was really nice inside and outside, and it is not a bad location for being in San Bernardino. I waited for my appointment for probably only about 5 minutes, not even long enough for me to finish filling out my paperwork. The dentist that saw me was Grace Sanchez, she was really good and explained everything well. The hygienist and assistant was also great. They did not try to up sell me on things I didn’t need, which is something that I had experienced a lot of at other dentist offices. The only one downside was that I needed a cleaning and a filling done, which they don’t do at the time of visit. I had to reschedule those for a later date, and I couldn’t get in for my cleaning for 3 weeks and my filling for 2 months. That kind of seems like a long time to wait, but I was willing to wait to have better service and a good team to provide dental care for me.

I would not recommend going to Inland Dental Center. They over charge and do not inform you. Thanks to my awesome insurance for letting me know that IDC owed me over 300 dollars. Also, the receptionists are very rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointed it hurt even giving one star.

I came to IDC after having my own dentist for several years,…the change was basically due to my previous dentist overcharging my insurance — but that story is for another review. I took several co-​workers advice on using IDC and I haven’t looked back since then. My work insurance is accepted and the work that I needed was done with no problems. I had a cleaning, removal of a wisdom tooth, a root canal and a crown done within a span of two months and not once was I ever not satisfied with Dr. Nguyen’s work. He explained the process thoroughly everytime and after years of unhappy dentist visits, I actually look forward to my cleanings!
I don’t necessarily think reviews should be based on price; truth is a dentist is not a $ 2 job and if you are paying sale prices then you get what you pay for. I base my review on the service and the fact that they provided good customer service, great dental work, and a calm atmosphere. I was happy enough with their service and for that I reccomended this place to my own family.

Going to change dentists. VERY much wish I could change orthodontist offices, too. It’s like the goal isn’t to do things right, but to do things fast and make money.
Too many things went wrong with my orthodontic treatment. Behind schedule by a year because of «musical orthodontists» — you can’t seem to get the same doctor visits in a row. Would be nice if the orthodontists are even on the same page, but that’s not the case. Pretty much one of the worst dental experiences of my life.
On the general dentistry side, the dentists are usually recent graduates who either aren’t quite as experienced or are just trying to get through the day. Fillings that were done a couple of years before by the same office need to be redone and more natural tooth drilled away. If it was just once, it’s understandable, but it’s happening too many times. The repairs done should last more than a couple of years.

All this place is a fancy dental office to blind you from their horrible service. Every time I have come in for an appointment it’s at least an hour wait. Mind you I get here before my appointment time and even then it’s an hour wait past my appointment time. What do they think we don’t have lives outside dental appointments. Trying to get an appointment is impossible to accommodate my work schedule. The times I went in for my routine check ups they come at me list that tell I have 5 or cavities and I need to fix other work from other dentist. Not to mention they always try to add on extra work not covered by my insurance. I took this list to another trusted dentist for a consultation. And guess what, they told me 2 of the 6 cavities were true cavities that needed work. The others were not there or it was such a small speck that if I took care of it, it would not develop into a cavity. IDC only want to squeeze you for your money.

Finding a good dentist is hard, really hard! After trying a several in the inland empire I have to say that I am completely impressed by Inland Dental Center. The facility is new, high tech and clean. The staff and dentists are nice and accommodating. I do not feel like they are up-​selling services and their prices are reasonable. They take my HMO insurance and for the year I have been here I have only had great experiences. They will also try to fit in as many services during the day as possible, and take same day appts, which is really helpful for a working mom. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The Doctors are extremely nice, and very skilled. Quite frankly I think Dr. Macklemore is Phenomenal, As well as the dental assistants. As a parent of two younger kids, that’s important to me. If I were rating on them individually, I’d easily be giving 4 stars.
However, as a complete Dental office. Over all this place is just like the rest we’ve been to over the past 7 years (5 different offices in that time), and I’m just tired of changing. No matter how early we have shown up for an appointment, at the minimum we don’t get started until after about an hour (In their defense we were 2 minutes late today). Total disregard for the clients time.
The worst part is a trend I’ve found constant within the entire dental industry: They’re more concerned with the «UPSELL» than with providing quality, educational, AFFORDABLE care.
This appears to be most prominent with the management/​administrative side of things. Yet it’s disheartening non the less. Instead of giving us ALL of our treatment options, including those that would be no cost to us through our insurance, in the beginning they would only present the 2 most expensive options. Now that their sales people are familiar with me they know not to go there. Yet it’s too late because I know I can’t «trust» them. Maybe with enough honest reviews via platforms like Unilocal,their management will get the message and go back to making «Quality Dental Care» the focus point, not PROFIT.

I would have to say, I am no Dentist, and I did do review they may have not been far, Long story short they found somthing above my wisdom teeth and now i will see the correct people they seem to care alot and i have been to a few dentist that did not listen to me were my pain was t, this place did and found a mass, maybe now i will get the help i need, I give this place a change of heart rating 20 stars

I’m tired of this place! I make an appt and wait 2 hours after to be seen! I’m ready to switch places. They used to be good and used to have good customer service, but not anymore. The only one I can give a compliment to is Veronica at the front desk. The other two, horrible service. This is seriously my last visit.

Great service, with a knowledgeable and professional staff. Exams and cleanings are usually scheduled in accordance with the provisions in you insurance plan to keep costs down. I used to hate going to the dentists office, but not now. I also like the new location.

I have been going to Inland Dental for 25 years. I went there initially because of Dr Malmon. He was a great dentist. I loved him. Very gentle and great work. Unfortunately he retired. I stayed with this dentist because I just couldn’t find another one that took my insurance. It would take me months to get a cleaning appointment because I need a 7am appointment.
About 6 months ago I needed some work done on my teeth. I needed a crown and some bonding. The bonding was so bad I had to come back 4 times. It still was so bad that I changed my insurance so I could go to another dentist. My new dentist could not believe how bad my teeth were. He is recommending that I have all of the bonded teeth crowned due to the decay and poor work. I sent in a complaint to Delta Dental about the bad work so I could get my money back so I could afford to pay to have them redone. It was determined by Delta Dental that the work was bad and that Inland Dental needs to repay me. I have been waiting for 3 months for the money and still have not received it back. When I checked with my insurance it seems that Inland Dental is disputing this and doesn’t want to give me the money back even though a dental review board said money needed to be refunded.
All I can say is wow. I have one tooth were part of the bonding is broken off. None of the bonded teeth make contact anymore. I have at least 3 teeth I cant even floss between because the bonding is coming off and snagging the floss. I cant believe they wont make this right. That is so dishonest. The only reason Im writing this review is because they wont do the right thing. If you know your work is bad. THEN MAKE IT RIGHT
