Horrible, don’t go there. Staff does not fully explain their services and the return policy. staff is Rude! They sell you the products and hand write can not return, have you sign the receipt and your screwed after the fact. I will speaking to the owner. I will post how he responds to his associates attitude and how they did not fully explain. Let’s see if he will service his customers? I get it I should have read the handwritten receipt but most places explain how some of their products are final sale. They are just wanting to make the sale any way they can.

I have taken my Fiat here once before and the service man that did the oil change was very good. His name is Hector. The next time my wife took the car for oil change whoever worked on my car really did a number on my Fiat. First off, when he jacked my car up he made two slight dents on the bottom of my car on both sides meaning he didn’t jack it up correctly. Secondly, when he put my hubcaps on he didn’t follow the correct procedure to align the stem to the groove on my rims and broke the inside clamps that hold the rim into the wheel which caused me to lose one of my hubcaps down the road. And another one had a few missing but is still on the rim. I had to buy another hubcap thru eBay ($ 50). I was really pissed and my wife was furious. So we called the owner to tell him that he need to fix the dents and reimburse me for the rim. He said could not do anything with the rim but to keep us from sueing him or Goodyear he would install 4 brand new tires which we needed anyways. We signed a waiver and had 4 installed. I haven’t heard of the tires he installed but what the heck. Maybe I should have sued him instead. Anyways, I will never go back to this place and make sure my friends don’t either. Also, if you bring your car for an oil change here, he will find things for you to service and probably don’t need too. He told my wife it needed a wheel alignment but when I took it to American Tire Depot they said the alignment was good. Please beware people!!! Just check out his reviews.

STAY AWAY! How this place remains in business, I will never know. The owner refuses to honor over the phone quotes. Said I misunderstood. When I questioned the charges, the owner was rude, insulting, condescending and arrogant. He has zero concept of customer service. They pressured my daughter to agree to work that wasn’t needed and then told me a man should make these decisions. What a misogynist. Take your business elsewhere. I also plan to report this to Goodyear Corp. offices. They need to know who is representing their brand. STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately I didn’t check Unilocal before sending my daughter in to get her brakes fixed. My husband called and got a quote for $ 150.00, including rotors for the front and the back… total of 300.00 — when she got there the prices was 150.00 plus 60.00 for rotors. The guy who wrote up the order said the original estimate was incorrect, and refused to stand by it — or maybe he just thought an 18-​year-​old girl wouldn’t know the difference… and he kept hounding her about tires — she needed brakes, not tires. He was so ignorant as to make the comment that a woman should always check with a man about stuff like this — apparently he doesn’t want business from women!
The place is close to where my husband works, and some of his coworkers had used them in the past — he will be asking them not to use them in the future, and I would advise anyone who even thinks about using them for any service to reconsider. Based on the other reviews I would say that this place is run with very little integrity — if I could give them a quarter of a star it would still be too much!

My Engine Light Has Never Turned On In 7 Years. The Mechanic Noticed It And Wrote It Down On Reciept So I Could Comeback And Have It Looked At. I Went Back And Grumpy, Disrespectful Old White Man (Owner) Came Out And Said We Are Not Checking This For You. It Was A Coincidence And We Are Not Responsible. I Should Of Listen To MygGood Friend And Not Taken ItThere, He Had A BadExperience There Too.

Called to make an appointment earlier this morning. Got there at scheduled time. The guy on phone said they like to give an hour estimate for oil changes I said okay. We get there and a grumpy old man who later revealed he is also the owner e rites up the oil change. of which we have a $ 16.99 coupon for… now all oil change places I j ave ever gone to also tops off all fluids nope not this crap hole that’s an extra $ 10.00 we were also quoted an hour and a half once we were there… well it took 2 hours and thank goodness we had taken 2 cars because this was being done on our daughters car and she had to go be at school by 2 in rancho. so she left us there and took my car to go to school. everyone there is pretty rude and we will not go there again. They have no feedback on breaks — I asked them to check them… they did not. These people are crooks and act as If they are doing you a favor.

This company does not validate their coupons. They are just a ploy to get people to come in there so they can rise their rates by a couple hundred dollars. We spoke with the manager/​owner of this facility and he was the most foul of all human beings. Their employees are just the same. They are rude and malicious. All they want is to take all your money with out doing any of the work. Their mechanic doesn’t even know what he is doing. if you don’t know how to fix cars don’t go into that field of business. if you happen to go by this shop and see that it is empty, there is no need to wonder why. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After all was said and done they ended up stating that they do not have the skills required to do a simple tire alignment. horrible, HORRIBLE, business.
