I take issue with the way GameStop on University takes in the midnight crowd on special releases. The 6pm crowd gets group tickets for entry first. My issue is that the «PRE ORDERS» that paid in full weeks earlier are not the first option group to enter. This should be part of the incentive to «Pre — order». They way they do it now, someone could have a spur of the moment wish to have that game that day and be the first ones to get it and make the weeks earlier pre buy fans wait another hour to get it until those that never pre bought. Makes very little sense.

I am video game stupid and they were very helpful my son really wanted a COD game from best but and was going on about it was $ 20 and so one day the hubs and I stopped in to see what they had used and we got it from them for $ 10.00 shipped to us and he was excited to get it and happy that I knew what I was talking about. I never had an issue with the staff treating me wrong due to my lack of game knowledge. I would gladly return there

Ehh. Could be better. Service is mediocre, some employees tend to make you feel dumb. Parking can be tough, might have to park near CVS and take a small walk to get here. Its ok, not the best, not the worst.

This is my local Gamestop for the last five years, and I am generally happy with the quality of service I have received in my time doing business with this location. The salespeople are all pretty cool, and they have successfully convinced me to buy into the Power Up rewards group, which gives members additional benefits when trading in games and also advantages with special offers. There’s never been a time that this location did not have a game I was looking for, and the used discs and game accessories are always in good condition. I would recommend this location to others who are interested in doing business with a Gamestop store in San Bernardino.
