Express Cobbler Instant Shoe Repair

I luv this Geppetto! Looks just like him! Iv been coming here for at least 2 decades. He saves many of my shoes to last years. The only prob i ever had was he threw away 2 shoes i brought in because i left them there over 2 months. and his current phone # isnt listed.

This guy is horrible!!! He is insulting and disrespectfull. His work is half ass. Absolutely the most disappointing service experience I have ever had!

Stay away from this guy! He does not stand by his work. I took 2 pairs of sandals to repair. I should have known that he did NOT do the work when I picked them up he did not know where to find them. He finally found both pairs scattered underneath the counter. They seemed dusty and untouched but he assured me they were fixed. A few weeks later I put on one pair and as soon as I bent my foot to get into the car the strap broke. So I ran in the house to get the other pair and as soon as I put them on and started walking the bottom of the shoe fell apart which is what I paid him $ 15 to fix. I took both pairs of sandals back to him and he fixed the strap again (so he says) but refused to fix the bottoms of the other pair. This guy is a crook! NO GOOD!
