We had some issues breastfeeding our son so we went to the Lactation consultant at the health education center. Let me tell you IT WAS SO HELPFUL! My husband and I are so satisfied, of course our son is very satisfied! He eats a lot more and the tips they gave us at the center are still very useful. We fully recommend to anyone who wants to take on the journey of breastfeeding to go to the center for helpful tips and guidance.

We took the Lamaze class here.
It was very informative and the presenter was very friendly. Hardly used any of the relaxation techniques but it is beneficial to go here at least to get the jist of what to do the day your mucus plug is out or your water breaks. Also, they’ll give you a gift bag with little freebies and ample info about the hospital.
